You can tell, just by walking in, the employees are overworked and that there are no proper systems put in place for the employees to be successful. I ordered a sub online at 12:02 PM and it was not ready until 12:34 PM.Management needs to increase wages and improve systems so employees and customers will be happy and satisfied.
I love coming here with my kids, all the wonderful, sweet ladies that work here are just simply amazing. They are so kind and patient and remember my kiddos every.single.time. The sandwiches taste amazing and are always delicious ?
We were rushed and the lady that helped us kept huffing like it was a problem to help us when we were the last people in line. Food was decent but not what my spouse asked for. When she asked what he wanted on it. Will not go back to that location.
