The coffee choices here are great I wish there was one in my area not just where I work Holland one is always both lanes full but the order takers are always in a great mood

Today 12/21 1:15pm Pulled out of line as your worker was irritated I hadn’t made up my mind as I pulled up to the line, I asked for a second to look at the menu, and he walked away shaking his head and saying who knows what under his breath. Stop hiring kids without manners. This isn’t the first time this has happened and won’t be trying this place again.

I’ve never been here before. Let me say this place is a vibe. Pulled up they have drake blasting outside, it was packed but literally Got thru in 5mins. The coffee was soooo good!

The girl taking the order wasn’t friendly at all but the guy handing us the drinks was nice. Two out of three drinks were messed up no time to get it fixed. Definitely tipping before receive the drinks is a No at this place.

My home away from home. Moved here from Idaho a year ago and lost my favorite coffee place (Shout out to Dutch Bros). This place is very similar to them in style of service, friendliness, speed, coffee and selection.

I was excited to try the new holiday drinks, when I got there I had a rude girl take my order she did not even greet me when she came to my car and She was rushing me when there was only 3 people in the lanes. I expected my drink to look like what they have posted for the seasonal items but it wasn’t. I asked why it wasn’t the same as the picture she had and attitude and said I had to pay an extra $1.00 for the whip cream and that it did not come with the drink.

One of the Brew Crew put me in the secondary lane and the primary lane went through cars much quicker. Cars that arrived after I did ordered and received drinks before I did including the vehicle directly behind me. It wasn’t due to a difficult or large order either, I order 2 large 7 energy holiday punch no ice, that was the entire order. Brew Crew member that took my order wasn’t super friendly or motivated. Extremely disappointed in this visit.
