both my husband and I ordered the OM Cheeseburger last night at your Holland Mi restaurant. It was nothing like the commercials. Ours came with hardly any cheese. Mine had unmelted cheese on the hot plate. Burger was stuck to the plate on both. Very disappointed.

Our server, Jadi, was so great! It was his birthday and he was working a double shift and was still so friendly and helpful during our entire meal. He even let me sub queso instead of spinach dip in my appetizer combo 💯 The drinks were great, the food was great, can’t complain. Classic Applebees experience!

Open on sundays which is a plus, the food was….. edible, but not good. The same as all locations, not the fault of this specific applebees. We do like the price of their appetizers, and they have great mixed drinks for the price too. Very quiet, calm atmosphere.

First time in a long time back to this franchise. Wanted to try the “2 for Two” special. Usual Applebee’s bar-like atmosphere. Hostess Kea friendly and welcoming. Server Payton S top notch. On it with order selection, advice and repeat visits to table. Highly recommend the Grilled Cheese cheeseburger and upgrade honey glazed chicken and bacon skillet.

Brought my family in for dinner they had just arrived in town after days of traveling. So they were tired and hungry April.M went above and beyond to make sure my family was treated well. She had the best laugh in town and made sure our drinks were refilled on time we didn't wait long all over amazing dinner
