Used Arby’s app to redeem a rewards discount in store. Told by staff that they do not participate in rewards program. This location needs to be removed from the app mapping if this is the case.

Brand new Arby's stood there 10 minutes waiting for 1 sandwich come to find out it sat on the counter for ever and was made wrong and they weren't even busy the sandwich was also cold because it sat there so long the manager says it's supposed to stay warm under a warmer if it's going to take long totally unacceptable I highly recommend going to a different Arby's
Arby's is Arby's. The food is fine, not too salty, and consistent no matter where you are, unlike the Arched Clown Show.
This location is no different. Although, the on lady seemed a little withdrawn when asked for condiments for our to go order, but she could've been having a less than stellar day. She still responded promptly.
The only thing I have to say is that corporate needs to slightly redesign their cup seals. Pealing the paper off in order to get the straw in was a challenge, especially when you have food cooler. I get that you want to make it evident that the drink has been tampered with but it seems that it could be improved a bit.

A worker was smoking weed in the parking lot, when I got my food it smelt like weed. Her name tag said Dani and she had an attitude the whole time I was ordering! My fries were stale and she used her gloved hand to pick something up off the ground then continued cooking
