Hard to top a beach vibe, but when you add great food, friendly service, and good prices, that's fantastic. This place is great, with 30 different flavors of soft serve too, plus great sandwiches also.

I brought my nieces from Missouri to visit Lake Michigan for the first time and the staff made the experience all the more special for them.
Kid-friendliness: They were very patient with my young nieces when they were picking out ice cream flavors, even though they were busy.
Parking: I was fortunate to get a close parking spot, but the handicap parking was up close to the building and the sidewalk and boardwalk was swept clean of sand and clean.
