First off, I like this restaurant. I'm putting a three star review up to help folks who may get takeout. There is a choice this restaurant makes that will affect your takeout experience. Beachwood uses thin plastic food packaging for their takeout that provides no insulation for the food at all. The food was cold by the time I got home (five minutes away). It is very disappointing to have cold food when expecting a great experience. Sixty dollars down the drain!

We had such a wonderful experience with Beechwood Catering! From the very beginning, our tasting was amazing and Maddy was such a joy to work with—she made the whole planning process easy and enjoyable. On our wedding day, the service went above and beyond our expectations. The staff was attentive, everything ran so smoothly, and most importantly, the food was absolutely incredible.
Our guests are still talking about it and many told us it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had! We couldn’t be happier with our decision to book them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for delicious food and outstanding service for their big day.

amazing experience with Heather coordinating a rehearsal dinner in the downstairs banquet area. Great food and service. It was seamless. Great servers and loved having the private area.

I’d give this place a solid 4.5/10. The servers were nice and we had a table large enough for my big group. I got the souper combo which was the perfect amount of food. Their creamy chicken soup was pretty good. I got their beef dip sandwich, which wasn’t bad. Overall, I had a good experience. Pretty chill and good.

Not happy with the young girl at the hostess stand we asked for a table and she said we don't have any available the proceeded to say we have half table half bench,I said that would be fine also. Apparently she didn't listen to me. She was chatting with another person. Fourty five minutes went by and everyone else got seated,my son got up and inquired. They just looked at us,a couple minutes went by and another hostess said I can seat you in the dining room that's closed but you will be only table in there. We proceeded to walk thru the dining room that had like 3 empty tables half chairs half bench and a leg table with a bench all the way around. We were seated in the closed dining room,no one came to take a drink order at this time everyone is upset. I walk over to the hostess stand where 3-4 people are standing and told them to get me a manager now! When he came over I asked why are we seated back here and there is no waiter,and we walked past empty tables. He proceeded to say I heard you say you wanted a table no your hostess did not listen to what I said,I said a half table n bench was fine.I told him there were open ones in the room we just walked through he lied and said those people just left. No they did not,I told him either move us were we can get decent service or I we were leaving and I would never be back! It's not the first time this has happened to my family! You know where he Sat us the large table with booth seat all the way around one we had just passed! The older hostess who saw we had been waiting so long really tried to seat us before but the younger one bypassed us. We told her it was not her fault and she apologized and said these younger people don't understand; She comped our appetizers. It was our anniversary and your restraunt made it a nightmare because your employee did not pay attention to my request then proceeded to ignore us! On top of that the manager was stuck to the young girls at the hostess stand like glue instead of paying attention to the guests. Kind of creepy!! I think our bill should of been comped all the way around for the way we were treated,it will be a long time before I ever come to your restaurant again!
