Do it! I come from Texas & love going to this specific one when I visit my home here. The perfect amount of cream cheese as well as any other type of bagel, they NEVER disappoint!
First time trying big apple bagels and for me, it was Divine! I had the turkey and havarti on a recommended bagel with scallion cream cheese and omg I wanted more!
Everything came quick and precise, i was in a large group and everything was made with decent timings.
The service was what I would expect, it was good but nothing outstanding and the location was nice but nothing that blew me away. It was a cafe, how can it be a 5 star for atmosphere...

This is my favorite place. The bagel sandwiches are outstanding.
