Your sign says “closed due to shortage of staff - go to Waverly location “. Waverly location sign says “closed for Labor Day”. I understand the labor shortage, but could you at least put it on your Facebook page or at least get your sign straight so we don’t drive all over town trying to find an open location?
Fast service, fresh, lots to choose from
I LOVE Big Apple Bagel! That being said, I have never had a good experience with the south side Holland location.
-Overly long waits in line.
-Wrong flavor coffee in the coffee dispensers.
-Having to repeat our order SEVEN times, all we were ordering was the 2 of each of the cheese bagels.
-We dined in and an employee brought us our sandwiches but she had mixed up our bagels. She just said “I’m terrible about that, well you can just eat them anyways.” Umm...what?!
