Ordered an iced vanilla matcha latte and they forgot the ice and vanilla. Plus there was so little matcha that it tasted like oat milk. I was quite disappointed and will be sure to not stop at this location going forward.

Just ordered from here and they left the paper on the cheese. On top of that, they only warmed the bagel so the cheese was cold. It’s not that hard to do your job right. Will not be going here again.

My boyfriend and I visited bigby for frozen coffee drinks. I had the Carmel marvel and he had the mocha mocha. Both were very good! They were a good consistency with a perfect amount of flavor and sweetness. Service was good, but not necessarily great. Overall a good experience and I’m sure we will be back!
I prefer Biggby over any other coffee shops any day. But I feel nowadays at certain locations they don't make the drinks with pride to certain individuals as they would to others.

I was always enjoyed Biggby Coffee until this very visit. Had lots of family and friends from out of town came visit, so I thought what better things to do then treat them this favorite place of mind. Of course we went there on a Wednesday not knowing that they don't do buy one get one free anymore. But we thought that's okay because we all have coupons that you buy one and get one free (yay) BUT guess what the girl at the counter told us we can't use it!!!!!!!! If we do use it we can only use one coupon, but there were 4 different family members (WOW!) How embarrassing it was for me and the rest of us when she told us that in front of others customers. I told her no worries, but at the same time I was very disappointed and very embarrassed. I guess that was my LAST time I will ever go to Biggby Coffee again, after all I have been getting coffee from there for the last 6 years now. NO more Biggby Coffee thanks ?
