If I could rate this a zero I would, I ordered on DoorDash and then the store decides to cancel my order. I ordered at 6:00am (when they open) and then they charge me twice overall just to get coffee at the other shop that they had decided to place for me without asking me if I wanted to follow through with it. I don’t understand why I had to pay again.

Ordered drinks for pickup at 4:30 PM when their hours are listed as open until 8 PM. When I arrived, the store was closed with a sign indicating they are following "holiday hours" for the entire month of December and close at 2 PM. Contacted customer service and my request for a refund was passed along to the owner of this location. Instead of a refund, the order was marked completed the next morning and the charge went through on my credit card. Had to charge it back as I still haven't received any communication from the owner.

Great coffee in a calming atmosphere with lots of seating options. A good place to study or just hang out with friends. I do hope that they are able to find more baristas soon, though. Maybe they already have, but a few weeks ago I came in and there were 2 baristas. One had to leave bc it was presumably the end of her shift. This left one barista (I think Natalie was her name) to help a long line of customers all by herself. She did amazing but I sincerely hope that she doesn't have to continue working alone; especially when it there's a rush like that.

The person taking my order “me no comprehende” seriously had to repeat myself 10 times waited 25 minutes with two cars ahead of me and the girl repeated my order wrong three times! Train your people and have them take out their 15 nose rings

Disappointed in the management of this location. Treating employees as disposable when staffing is an issue. Demoting employees one day and when questioned as to why, fired after the next full worked shift by text message. The professionalism with this management is desperatly lacking and quite disappointing. Good luck getting the staff you need, when you dispose of staff that don't call in and worked extra to help cover.

It is located in the hotel, I thought there was noBIGGBY COFFEE I drove around in the car to see if he was there and if he was hiding inside the hotel building.You have to enter the hotel to buy ?
The best part of this Biggby coffee shop is that it is located inside the lobby of Haworth Hotel. The hotel lobby is newly renovated with modern Haworth furniture which means there are tons of seating options. The entire lobby features different seating areas from the standard table and chairs by the coffee shop to several types of couches and work tables spread throughout the lobby, all available for customers to use. College students of course love studying here, but I also see many business people working and taking meetings here. The Biggby staff are friendly and work hard to get drinks out even when they are busy. This is also one of the only downtown coffee shops to be open later in the evening. I highly recommend visiting this location sometime!
