Really nice store! Clean and staff were super friendly. I normally get a frozen latte, but they couldn't make it. No problem, I tried an iced latte, and it was even better than the frozen. Even asked for lite ice, and they actually were capable of that simple request. Wish I lived closer. This would be my go-to Bigby.
Biggby Coffee never disappoints, and their Lucky Charms Latte is next-level amazing! It’s the perfect mix of sweet and creamy, which brings back all the nostalgic flavors of the classic cereal from my childhood. The balance of marshmallow, irish cream and espresso is spot on—definitely my new go-to drink. The staff was friendly and efficient, and Jose did a great job making my order just right! It was the best texture a frappe could have, and possibly the best one I’ve personally...
Fast service. However I was very disappointed in the quality of the drinks. Ordered two cookies butter hot drinks. Mine tasted like coffee with cream, my husband's was better but not what I have had previously.
