A good steak and tasty walleye, can’t beat the views. Only knock was the young bartender not knowing how to properly make drinks.

First time Coming to this Restaurant. Beautiful views and great food!

Very disappointed with last nights dinner. Researched the restaurant on line and decided I wanted to try their Thursday Prime Rib. Got to restaurant to find a brand new menu and no longer were offering the Specials. Started out at the bar where a single bar tender was trying to service the entire restaurant as well as bar area. Waited almost 25 minutes to get a drink. Finally got to our table where we waited another 15 minutes before our waitress finally came to our table. Had to settle on a very dissatisfying pizza. My wife had Mahi and liked it
The real issue with this restaurant is it is understaffed and the menu now struggles for an identity. Is it a seafood place? Steakhouse? Pizza joint. Honestly there are so many other great places in Holland that I cannot recommend this sad restaurant.

Stopped in for a cocktail and the bartender was slow to even take the order, bring it and follow-up was non existent. Wasn't a busy time so I was surprised by this. He seemed more interested in chatting up the customers he knew than serving us.

Beautiful view, good food. Our servers were working very hard (shortstaffed?) resulting in slower service. Will definitely visit again!

Came with a party of 14. Drinks took 20-30 minutes to arrive, ordered our meals and it took another 35 minutes for them to start bringing out food. It took so long to bring the food that half the group was done eating before the rest even got their meals. The perch was over cooked but I wasn’t going to send it back because of how long it took the first time. Ive been here a few times and never been very impressed.

We visited during the off-season. We were seated promptly and received fast service. The staff were friendly. The food was good. I can see how, during the warmer months, they are jam-packed ( enormous outdoor space, boat docks, etc)

You visit for the atmosphere not the food. Great window seat and Steve, the server is a hard worker. Lunch items are served with chips unless you want add on’s that range from $3 - $5. A rinky sandwich with chip… $15? Add sweet potato fries $18.
No thanks. The walleye sandwich was good and the slaw pretty good.
I’m sure there are sides that are nutritionally positive and affordable to restaurant? Get rid of the chips.

We recently held our company Christmas party with Boatwerks. The staff was amazing, incredibly helpful, and very friendly. The environment was fantastic. Our reserved room was perfect for our group, conveniently located, and reasonably priced. We opted to go with plated entrees for our group of roughly 30. I think in the future, I would go with the buffet style dinner as I didn't feel the plated options were the quality I expected for the price. Entrees & desserts were top notch, do NOT skimp on these as they were a huge hit with our group! Overall a lovely experience, we are sure to return!

It took two hours for us to complete our transaction at this restaurant. The service was very slow during this time although it was only two parties in the restaurant. Our server was so sweet however, I do believe that training with bigger parties should be redone. Sundaes were ordered and they took about 25-30 minutes to complete those even though they were missing two ingredients and was only syrup and ice cream. Usually my family likes this place but this experience has diminished our confidence in this restaurant.

This is a great place to bring people who are visiting Holland. Atmosphere is top notch and the servers are great. My only thing is that the food needs a little work for what they charge for it. I've had the beef stroganoff and the tortellini. Both where not very great, the short rib was great in the stroganoff but the sauce was bland and the noodles way overcooked. The tortellini was good, sauce was good but the seafood included in the dish was overcooked. No one likes rubbery scallops and shrimp. Overall it's a positive experience. Just make some tweaks to the food and you will have a 5 star review.
