I’ve been sitting here waiting for over 30 minutes for a DoorDash order of a chicken sandwich, a burger, and a slice of pie. There’s a group ahead of me that has been sitting here longer waiting for a table. There’s not very many people here dining in, I’m just assuming they don’t have enough staff. I was told the kitchen was backed up from online orders. If you don’t have enough staff to do DoorDash then hire more or don’t do DD, this is insane.
Edit to add: I ended up waiting close to an hour for the food.

Passing though and stoped here, my first time eating at a Bob Evans. Great service Catherine was on it with refills of coffees and soda. Food was great, i had berry salad and banana bread. My husband had steak omelet. All around geat choice.

Got seated, no one came with water. After waiting 10 mins we left.
They were not busy each time. Poor management!!!
