We came all the way from Muskegon to eat here for dinner. As we walked in, it felt very unclean. Before we were even greeted or could speak the woman behind the counter said it would be 15 minutes for chicken. WHAT???? It's a chicken place. How could they have run out??? And the sides looked sad. How long were they sitting there drying out and then would they have sat there for another 15 minutes while we waited for chicken?? We left. What a mess.

Wow, this place is a dump - the owner has really let it go. I lived in Holland 15 years ago, moved to Zeeland, so I've lived in the area - visiting this place maybe once a year. I swear the same huge pothole in the drive thru has been there for a couple decades. The prices are crazy for what you get - based on the most recent reviews, I didn't bother ordering, was afraid of getting food that's been sitting there all day. You're better off getting a chicken dinner at KFC (says alot).

What is the point of being open if you can't even go inside to do a carry out order but yet your doors are open, told them we would like a carry out order and was told no. Only drive thru. So you will make food for the drive thru but not carry out. Really?

Eew eew, never going back there again.. This is my preferred place to go to get my chicken rather than KFC but after today now I see why there’s basically no car there,smh.. everything is dry n salty as hell, the corn is salty/taste like they dipped it in chicken stock n the mashed potatoes/gravy is dry

Tried to go through the drive thru but was told that it was online order only, asked why and was told "because I said so!" Called to speak to a manager or general manager and they told my mother and I that we shouldn't be asking questions through the drive thru. That is not how you treat customers especially when they drive over an hour away from the location being it's the last Boston market on the west side of Michigan. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

So on the first I made an order on their app and paid with my credit card, the order was pick up 5:45 pm, I drive from Allegan to Holland to pick up my order and it was closed - they must’ve had call ins - whatever. So I call the next day the girl says my card should be refunded (no apology by the way). So now we are a week later and no refund so I call again and the girl says call corporate, I ask her the number ans she says google it and hangs up me. I call the corporate number and it says to due high volume they are answering calls. So basically they stole my $. I will try to make a dispute with my CC company so hoepfully I will get my $ back. My advice go to one of the other 500 restaurants in Holland - steer clear of Boston Market!

We used to eat here every Sunday for years, but recently it became takeout only and then online only, which wasn't discovered until we showed up and they wouldn't take our order through the drivethru, so we went somewhere else. A couple weeks later we placed an online order that was to be ready at 2:45 pm, but when we arrived, no one was there, so we went elsewhere. At 3:15 we received a message that our order was ready and when we called to cancel the order, no one answered the phone, so we drove there to cancel the order, but again, no one was there. This is going to be nightmare, trying to get our money back. Although the food was overpriced, we used to enjoy the staff and the food was great, but the staff and quality of food have gone way downhill. The staff is rude and apparently non existant and the food is bland and seems like it has been sitting there all day or they are possibly leftovers from the previous day that was nooked in the microwave. Such a disappointment, I predict this location will close in 2022 and if they don't, they should.

Never been treated so poorly. Ordered catering 1 month in advance, they abruptly canceled the order with no explanation 2 days prior. When I called to ask what was going on they proceeded to yell at me saying they would be closed the day after I was to pick up the order, which obviously doesn't make sense. She then hung up on me and refused to answer the phone after that. I will be showing up in person to discuss this further as this type of behavior is completely unacceptable for someone claiming to do business.

My family pulled up to the drive through to order a meal for dinner. At around 3:12 in the afternoon. We were greeted after waiting at the window for 3 minutes with someone saying "do you have an online order?", I said "no" then they mumbled something I couldn't understand. We proceeded to pick out what we wanted, and tried to order it but no one answered us. Then a young woman's voice chimed in and she proceeded to yell "ONLINE ORDER ONLY B***** GET THE F*** OUT OF HERE." I couldn't believe my ears! She yelled that with my whole family in the car. That employee and all the other employees laughing in the background at her behavior need to be fired. Treating ANYONE, let alone customers, in such a way is wrong.

Stopped there 10/29/2021 and got chicken and meatloaf and I swear the meatloaf had been in the warmer for a week! Anyhow this was the worst food I have ever gotten at a Boston market! I will never go back!

Went through the drive through because the dining room was closed- no help. One guy was working alone and he still got our food in a very short period of time. The food was very good.

Food quality was very poor. There was short hair found in multiple of my dishes. Definitely will not recommend or eat here again.? here is a picture of the hair found in the meatloaf gravy.
