Fries were bad: dry, cold, hard.Wings were so so. Some were meaty & pretty juicy. Other pieces were boney & dry.Server was nice. Went on Tuesday for BOGO Tuesday. Pronotion is confusing. Regular price on a Tuesday is buy one get half off. But with the app, they take the half off. So it's BOGO. Since fries were no good, server removed that from my bill. So I'm thankful.My assessment is that the food keeps going down each year. :(

I wish I can give NO stars. OMG this has to be the WORST place EVER. The food was HORRIBLE. I do NOT recommend coming here, I definitely WONT be back the only thing that was good was the strawberry margarita but it wasn't even worth the $9. The burgers were BURNT the fries we HARD as hell, like we were eating potato chips, so hard they were cutting our gums. Order was messed up had to send it back, the wings are like nibbletts. I wish we would of kept our $100 and just cooked because it wasn't worth it. Please save your money and don't EAT HERE ‼️

I was served by a rookie delivery server, who delivered the wrong order to my table. The food was similar to what I had ordered, so I didn't realize the error at first. Once I told my actual server, he apologized and got me the right order 15 minutes later. I love BWW and will continue to go to this restaurant.

For some reason it's like the quality of service here has gone downhill. You wanna eat in? Well you have to wait like 45 minutes to an hour before anyone can serve you because staff is so overwhelmed.Wanna opt to order online/via the app? Well my last three orders have had something wrong with them or missing. That's after waiting 20 minutes for someone to come to the front.1st one, missing mozzarella sticks.2nd one, they gave me dry wings with NO sauce on them (maybe meant to be sauce on the side by mistake?) but they didn't give me any sauce.3rd and the reason for the review, I paid for extra sauce and mozzarella sticks, and they completely forget ALL OF MY SAUCES.I have no idea what's going on here but I keep trying to give it the benefit of the doubt, but at this point, I don't think anyone should eat here until management gets better. This location is not a good one.

We order lunch special took a while 5 bottles wings fries celery. Waitress curious. Server brought out really late. At least 1 hr. Fries cold . Wings cold. No silverware. All in all very disappointed. I like wings. I really did. I just wish they would get it together.
