I waited in line over 12 minutes (2nd car in line) only to get my order looking like this!
(Burnt, hard, inedible)
2 cheeseburgers, both burnt and sent out to me to drive home and get surprised!! 🧟♂️🐶
Now the store won’t answer the phone, I tried calling and the phone just (rings & rings & rings!)
This place is a let down in our community, please close it or bring in all new staff & management!

The lady at the drive threw window was incredibly rude after not verifying that the balance of my order was paid for before handing back my phone. Also, part of my order was incorrect. I attempted to call the store twice already to speak to a manager, but have been unable to actually speak to someone.
I do not recommend this location based on the poor customer service.
You guys messed up on my order for a double whopper, giving me one patty instead of two but instead of remaking my sandwich you bring out a meat patty in a box. So then I got to build my hamburger the way it was supposed to come.
