Our food wasn't done right and no flavor and the sucked we had bad service so disappointed.
Walked in and not a single other person in the building however every single table was dirty. Girl that took our order was less than personable and that was when we could finally get her from chatting in the back. Food was subpar, no sauces were given, no napkins out to grab and no ketchup available.

AMAZING. The other Burger King ain’t got nun and untrained employees 🥀✌️🙁. This one perfectly got our order and the employees were funny and enthusiastic. Give those employees a raise😁😁😁

Walked into restaurant at 7:50 on a Saturday night and 2 employees were sitting in the lobby - walked up to the counter and stood there for a few minutes waiting to be helped. Nobody came- so I walked up politely to a woman and asked if anyone could help us. She rudely said “I’m on break” and gave me a look. I replied -“ok, we can’t seem to find anyone to help us”. She stood up and stomped past us and said “ I guess I have to do it” and mumbled some other things. She proceeded to walk to the back and we left. You would think they would take any business since nobody was in the drive thru or restaurant. Now we know they don’t get any business.

Stopped for 2 vanilla shakes ordered via drive-thru, only 2 people working the orders, money, food delivery. Took close to 10 minutes from start to finish. I realize Sunday evening isn't super busy, but these employees really needed backup! The shakes were delicious by the way.

I ordered a double cheeseburger combo plus an order of onion rings. Everything great except the onion rings. They were under cooked but edible. Not crispy at all. I just didn't want to drive all the way back.

These people not only don't know how to take an order but can't answer simple questions. I asked for a $5 meal and the gave me 2 sandwiches that I didn't even order. I asked if this was there $5 bag and was told they don't have those. Ok, well then why wasn't I told that when I ordered??!? Also, make sure you ORDER napkins because you won't get them otherwise 😒

I ordered the barbecue brisket Whopper. I got all the way home and unpacked my meal and there was no brisket on the whopper. I paid over $15 for a meal that wasn’t made correctly and quite frankly I could tell wasn’t made fresh horrible experience. There was a gentleman in each window. The first one acted like he was annoyed to be there. The second one did not even say a word even when I try to engage him in conversation, just handed me my bag and shut the window.
