My son and I wanted to get on here and make sure we recognized one of your employees, Summer. What a wonderful human being. From the moment we pulled up to the speaker at the drive through she was SOO kind. Then we pull up to the window and her awesome smile, kind heart and vibrant personality MADE our day. I had the worst day and she honestly made it better. It wasn't the food but the service, that made our experience. We pulled away and even my 11year old son commented on how kind she is. ( You don't see if very often) Excellent customer service barely exists these days. Most of these younger kids can't even say hello! She truly is so wonderful and your company is beyond lucky to have her. I own my own company and I would be ecstatic to have an employee like her! I hope she's a manager and you hold on to that one! Summer- if you see this! Keep being you!! You girl, are a fabulous human! Good luck to you! I may even have to come visit BK and see ya! Thanks again for cheering up my day. Do not come here! I came in from the drive thru because my gift card was not working and as soon as I walked in (older male manager) was yelling and just plain rude and disrespectful towards me. Then as I am making my online order which I didn’t know I had to do I’m sitting in the dining room and Mikayla she just started talking so much smack about me and when I walked up she was in complete shock saying she’s sorry (like 5-6 times) and walked away. I have been here for 15 minutes waiting on my order that was already made! Also she is mocking people in the drive thru like crazy!!
Updat just got my food after 10 more minutes and the fries are cold and soggy
Thank you for putting the holiday spirit out there. I really needed to feel it. The food was hot and tasty. I enjoyed the meal, with my folks. The restaurant looked tidy and clean. The staff seemed cheerful with one another and we could occasionally hear laughter from them.

The 16th st, Holland BK is usually good. Today the food was cold. So unlike this store. Drive thru was not busy at 7:15 am. Pay attention. First time this place was bad for me.

Vegetarian options: Came here at 9:30PM tonight, close to closing time on a road trip. Ordered in the drive thru and received food that was perfectly made and fresh. The employees were very friendly.

OMG!!! I love this burger King. I love in Indiana and when I visited Holland on vacation I ate here and it was great!!! By far my favorite Burger King. Service was great! Food was soooo good! Thank you Burger King employees for such wonderful service.

North Park Burger king is horrible! Rude staff and will not even give ketchup! Used to be ran well. Have no idea what happened! Management?
