As always, Butch's was awesome! We were early for our reservation so had fabulous cocktails and apps at the bar and a wonderful dinner to follow! Butch himself opened our wine and spent some time getting to know us. Our server was above and beyond! My husband had the burger which is always superb, and I had the halibut which was also delicious. Hint: I love to dip anything I eat in some sort of sauce, so she checked with the Chef and they sent out a most delectable beurre blanc sauce which I will now always ask for. For a high end restaurant the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

From the moment we walked in, exceptional! Welcomed, my coat was taken and hung. Taken to the best table in the house and immediately greeted by Sutton. She recommended a lovely glass of wine for my friend and yummy and pretty mocktail for me. We started with the Scallop appetizer with was delicious, and then split the Beet and Apple Salad - amazing! For our entrees, my guest had the Hangar Steak medium rare and I had the Pork Ossa Buco and as promised, the meat fell off the bone. We finished splitting the Carrot Cake and a Dark Chocolate Mousse to go for my friend's daughter. Sutton was perfect. And the GM Matt, stopped by to ensure we were well-cared for and that our experience exceeded expectations. Mission accomplished.

Dinner and service were wonderful. No matter where you sit you can carry on a conversations. Music is soft and not overpowering. All 4 of our dinners were great. Suggested wine pairings were perfect. One of the best restaurants in Holland. Thank you.

My spouse and I went to celebrate my birthday and Butch's were so welcoming! After we were seated, our wonderful wait staff (Marianna?) brought us both a complimentary glass of Cava - and it was very good Cava. Thank you Butch's for a wonder meal. I had the Chili white fish, spouse had the duck. Recommend both.

The wine and the cauliflower were good. Cauliflower came out promptly and had a lot of flavor. I ordered the streak medium rare, it came out overcooked. It also was missing the compound butter and horseradish. Service was slow overall. Would not recommend.

Our service was quite slow in the beginning. We had an early reservation and there were plenty of empty tables when we arrived. It took a crazy long time to get our first cocktails delivered. After that things began happening at a pace that you would expect in a fine dining restaurant. The food was amazing. The braised short rib special was so delicious. Unfortunately there was a large group seated not far from us which brought the noise level up higher than we like for a nice dinner out.

Thrilled Butch's is open more days a week right now. The nicest atmosphere in town. Everyone, including the woman who took our phone reservation, was helpful, friendly, and yet unobtrusive. The food--scallop appetizers, the roasted cauliflower entree, the mousse, the beer.....
Enjoyed two great dinners - both seafood. We liked the way they have suggested wine pairings with each entree on the menu. Service was very attentive.

Everything was just right. The asparagus appetizer was great, especially the saucer. Ceasar salad was very good. Bob loved the pork osso bucco and my halibut was delicious

Must've been forgotten by the waiters because we had to go get someone at the front desk to get our check and water. We are a younger couple and were casually dressed. Guess they didn't want a tip or expect one from us. Food wasn't even very good for it's price. Wouldn't recommend. Go somewhere that will respect your time and not profile customers.
