Prices have gone up and quality has gone down. Today’s banana split was horrible… Hardly any ice cream and just not the way it used to be. Much young kids don’t care about their jobs.

Last 2 visits there have been disappointing. Service by 1 lady there has been very poor & serving sizes much smaller when I end up with her serving us. When asked about why she made them so much smaller, age said if we have been getting more then we have been getting treated. Did not care for her attitude at all, asking with her standing there to watch if I left a tip (which I did) before she started preparing our order. I've not had to deal with this individual before. But unfortunately, I have had to the past 2 times. Highly doubting we will return anymore

As for myself, I also love Captain Sundae and recommend the Captain Payday for non-canine customers. Tommy Turtle or the Captain Coconut are good change of pace options though!

Good food and ice cream, lots of options for many people. They serve Starbucks products too. Service was alright.
Not as nice a location as the other one. It looks like they converted what used to be a fast food restaurant like a Wendy's, so that's pretty neat. They also added a ship-like structure to the front with seating, which was a good addition.
I'd go again if I'm in the neighborhood.

My Tommy Turtle was completely empty on 1/2 of the cup. The whipped cream hid it, but good grief. Sooooo expensive.
