Captain Sundae, I’ve got to be real here, this north side location is seriously slacking 😕. I live on the north side of Holland, but every weekend I drive all the way to the Southside just to get my cookie dough flurry because the difference is night and day… It’s not just shrinkflation (I get that happens), it’s that your cups are underfilled, toppings are skimpy unless I pay extra, and sometimes there’s litrally empty space at the bottom of the cup!! Compared to the Southside Holland and Zeeland spots, the north side feels like a downgrade every single time. I normally grab a cookie dough flurry every weekend, but last week I had a family emergncy and was forced to go to the north side, and it was the final straw, I can’t keep wasting time and gas for this kind of service. Please, step it up, because until I hear things have improved, I’m done with the north side location.

You can't go wrong with Captain Sundae! We've been coming here for years and years. We always get the Tommy Turtle, but all the other options look good, too. The service has always been fast and friendly.

I had a horrible experience at this shop! The teenage workers gave major attitude when they made a mistake twice on my order. When we complained, the employees said that we were wrong but another patron stood up for us. After receiving my revised order, it was still wrong. Never go here!!!!!
Captain Sundae is a step above the others! Be sure and get the original Tommy Turtle sundae. It’s a perfect blend of warm caramel and warm chocolate. The pecans, whipped cream and cherry add the perfect finishing touches. Chefs kiss 💋 You can’t go wrong at Captain Sundae.
