We made reservations early (before the mad, busy supper rush). for our Anniversary . That never got mentioned. Both my husbands meal & my sides were wrong. Plus, my salmons r. Topping was totally charred. I sent mine back, he just ate his. Server seemed quite inexperienced. I kept telling her we weren't in a rush. Had to remind her of an appetizer we wanted to take with us. Were done and out in 45 min. Hmm. So, I'd say if u want a slower, "nice" meal you'll have to go somewhere else and pay more for that. But it's ok. We were celebrating 52 yrs so we've had many to celebrate. :-)
If you are looking for good, reasonably priced food, here it is. If you go on a Thursday, get the prime rib and lobster tail special. You won't regret it.
Our server was very energetic and very attentive! As also the food was great. I had the fish and it was pretty crunchy... maybe could have been deep fried a little bit shorter. But the flavor was good
Excellent food and service. First time visiting. We will back next time we are in Holland.
If you ever find yourself drifting through Holland, Michigan with an appetite that could outpace a stampede, Crazy Horse Steakhouse is where you tie up your reins. This joint isn't just dinner—it's an evening in a roadhouse wrapped in rib smoke and rustic charm. The ceiling's got bold red beams and corrugated metal that wink at the industrial West, while the aromas whisper promises of prime rib perfection and smoky barbecue. Our waitress, Shenoa, wrangled a large party like a seasoned trail boss—friendly, fast, and unfazed. There's a sense that the folks here genuinely care if your belly's full and your glass never runs dry. Crazy Horse isn't just a place to eat—it's where the dust settles after a long day and the laughter rises like smoke from the grill. It's not flawless, but the spirit of the place makes you overlook a pasty potato or two.
We visit from Chicago area a few times a year and Crazy Horse is always on the agenda. Over the years we have had the New York Strip, Ribeye, steak salad, cheddar burger, pork chops, cheese triangles and a few other items I can't recall. The food and service is always excellent. We love this place!
Both of our first time at the Crazy Horse Saloon. I opted for the ribeye steak and my wife chose the prime rib. Both meals were exceptional. The ribeye literally melted in my mouth. So good! We'll definitely be visiting again soon.
Have been going to Crazy Horse for years and it has always been a good experience. My steak and sides were Great !
Exceptional service! Campfire chicken, tenderloin and surf & turf were all very good. Huge portions. Excellent salads were fresh and crisp.
I wish I could rate it lower. Got to the door and were told they do not take reservations, they have no tables and if we want to come in there is a cover charge and limited menu if we can find seats. Crossed the lot and had a fantastic meal with excellent service at Jack Astors

The people at the front desk were cheerful, efficient, and friendly, the waiter was friendly, on the ball, and diligent. Crazy Horse is the major restaurant when I want to meet over lunch. They are the best in the area.
A great experience, as usual! We had a fun "girl's lunch" and enjoyed the food and great service. Crazy Horse is my favorite go-to -- never disappoints!
Delicious tender prime rib & sides. Reasonably priced drinks. Great attentive server even though restaurant was crowded.
We went to Crazy Horse for a birthday dinner celebration-it was fantastic! We had steak, ribs, and a chicken fajita burrito-all fabulous!
Overall good but felt rushed. Should have asked to hold off dinner a little bit so we could of enjoyed our appetizer.
