I’ve never been a worse Chipotle. Small portions in person and when online ordering. I’ve ordered from here on multiple occasions through DoorDash and they have given me zero meat sometimes. They consistently are out of multiple meats and ingredients hours before close on weekdays and it is only worse on weekends. The staff are friendly however they all look visibly miserable the vast of the majority of the time. When there is a large line of customers they prioritize online orders while 10-15 people them make orders. I have waited up to 90 minutes for a single burrito bowl.

Terrible customer service, i placed an online order that was immediately canceled by the restaurant due to lack of ingredients. I requested a refund and the business only did a partial refund, stating they can't no refund the tip amount. Tip for a service i didn't receive.

I try to give folks working food service or retail the benefit of the doubt because it is hard work. I’m sure the folks working here are fine people, but I question if the Holland location is just too poorly staffed to meet demand. I have been here maybe once a month for five months, and have waited 45 minutes to an hour each time. Today, 3/8/25, you cannot even walk in and order. You have to submit a mobile order and then wait with everyone else who has submitted mobile orders. The order line is closed. The food is normally fine, but often times I find something is missing from my mobile order when I get home, or in person I find out they’re out of a particular ingredient at peak dinner times. I think their management needs to make a serious effort to attract more employees because it affects everything: how long wait times are, how accurate orders are because employees are rushing, and how tidy the dining area and restrooms are. There’s gotta be some more Hope College kids who want a part time job! Might just need to suck it up and order qdoba.

The line was quickly backing up and the workers had 0 urgency. Workers did not communicate with customers when they needed to restock food. The line worker was rude and not friendly.

Super annoying experience. I have been to chipotle many times and never had an issue with the servers until today. When I say very rude I mean very rude there is no way they haven’t had complaints yet. When paying the woman at the front was very rude and disrespectful even with her tone. My friend went up to the counter asking for a bottle opener and nobody wanted to help and were rude about it. Many snarky comments were made. After this treatment I will be eating my burrito bowls at Qdoba!

Go to QDOBA! The service is horrendous, nobody looks like they enjoy being there, EVERY cut of meat they have given me is the worst. I get more fat and chewy pieces than meat itself. Ive had to start cooking my own steak at home to put in the bowl because of how terrible every cut of meat is there. Go somewhere with higher quality for the same price. This is outrageous.

I'm pretty convinced that most people who work at this place do not enjoy helping people; in fact they look annoyed as soon as you walk in. In all honesty, the only redeeming quality about this location is the food, and even then- I've had much better Chipotle than here. Normally pretty messy inside; I don't think they wipe down the tables all that often. They also consistently lock their doors 15-30 min early. I have had them lock it as I'm walking up to grab the door handle well before closing. The only reason I'm leaving a review is that I hope it gets better...love Chipotle, but not like this
