The workers there are absolutely terrible the amounts they put in each bowl is enough to feed a 2 year old child for 10 mins. The person checking out was so rude and should not be in customer service.

Don’t place mobile orders. Portion size is poor. I got a burrito that came in a size of my fist. I was in disbelief ?Started ordering in person. Staff are rude and portion size still an issue.

beans are always hard as a rock and rice is so mushy. how is this even possible at a mexican restaurant. if you ever decide to go here make your mobile order 30 minutes before you need your food. the staff move at the pace of sloths and underfill so many bowls. also this location is always out of at least 3 things. i have given this chipotle so many chances and they always ruin my day.

It was 8, they close at 11. They had no rice, picante or many other things. Behind us in line were 12 people. I don't know what else to say. Normally they are spot on. Also the tables we ate at we had to wipe down.

Going downhill (as prices go up)Went in Friday 3/22 6:16 pm. first thing I noticed was the line a mess. Got a bowl, and the white rice was so sticky, the worker scooped it out with his hands.Asked for double chicken, got the last tiny bit of what was in the bin, then a plastic ramekin of the next batch. Felt shorted.don’t even get the chips anymore, because half the time there’s no salt, the other half it’s Salt Lake City in a bag.Declining consistency, declining quality, increasing prices, going forward it’s gonna be a no from me dog. Too many actual Hispanic places in this town to keep getting below average chipotle

Showed up to order a bowl before the dinner rush and was surprised with how slow and dirty the place was. I stood in line waiting for service for 5 minutes while looking at disgusting vomit looking organic mater on the sneeze guard. No effort was given to serve me or clean up.

They were out of corn salsa and pico de gallo the last two times I’ve been there. Both time the staff acted like it was not their fault and there was nothing they could do. They retained a take it, or leave it mentality. I feel like this is very poor customer service for a chain restaurant to have.

We have come here a couple of times. Everyone is nice but like most chipotle’s I have been to, there floors are very dirty. After today, I won’t be returning to this location. After finding a leaf in my food made me question how it got there. Losing all my hope in their cleanliness.
