For thin crust, this Crust 54 location beats the downtown location for the thinnest and crispiest pizza ever, this where it's at !. Baked perfectly in the middle even with a healthy pile of topings. (No goop) Lots and Lots of perreroni, the old fashioned kind, is crispy and tasty. For the price, side salads, the size of a salad for two, are a deal. I love their Greek Salad. Meat pizza is awesome. Next time a picture. Get the largest they have and it re-heats like fresh out of the pizza oven every time. Winner Winner, Pizza Dinner.

I love the fact I can get dairy free cheese here. The pizza is great. The staff is always friendly. I like there little restaurant because it is tiny and quiet and when I meet somebody there we can always have a quiet conversation in a laid back atmosphere. ❤️❤️❤️Vegetarian options: They have a dairy free crust and dairy free cheeseDietary restrictions: They also have a gluten free crustWheelchair accessibility: It is all one level so very easy for a wheel chair

Ordered 2 9" deep dishes, a pound of wedges and 12 piece tim wheel. The tim wheels were undercooked and had way too much sauce in them compared to normal. The pound of wedges looked pitiful. I had a slice of the Chicago special and of the cheese pizza that I foolishly thought I added toppings to. The sausage tasted old and the onion and green peppers were chewy. Normally they're crisp and crunch but this was an awful experience and in my opinion, a waste of $80. I certainly won't be bringing my business back here when I'm in town again.

Great pizza, but they can never get an order right. If you want a FREE pizza, go here, and make sure to check your order when you pick it up. You have probably a 50% chance that they get something wrong and have to remake it. It also always takes them longer to make it than they say it will. I honestly don't know how they make money.

I visit this Crust 54 more than the one downtown since it's closer to me, but I think the one downtown is better. Not sure exactly what it is, but this location hasn't been as consistent across my many visits. That said, it's still pretty good pizza for west Michigan. Their thin crust is preferred, but if you're feeling a Chicago deep dish, they'll do that too, though I've only ventured into that territory a couple times. West Michigan's Best salad is the easy go-to, and unlike a lot of other places where I prefer creating my own pizza, their set specialties are usually on point like Pesto Lovers and their White Pizza.

I called in for a to-go order and told them that I wanted to pick up in one hour. I asked if I should wait and call later, I was told "no problem, you don't need to call back we'll have it ready in an hour."I ordered a pesto lovers pizza and asked if I could repalce the white onions with red onions and go light on them. Also was told "no problem." When I came to pick it up exactly one hour later I discovered that they hadn't even started it yet....and they were not at all busy.... I finally got my order 25 min later and when I got home I was disappointed to discover that the pizza was covered in the white onions instead of the red onions that Ihadrequested....

I was so disappeared, took about 35 minutes to wait for my Chicago deep dish to turn out a mouthful of mozzarella cheese. Crust texture horrible just like a soft bread dough.

Tried their thin crust pizzas and they we're definitely above average for Michigan. Chicken Alfredo was tasty; rich in cheese and great tomatoes. Only 20 minutes to get the pizza. We will come back to this new kid on the block!

Came downtown just for their premium summer urban lemonade. They had it on the counter and dispensed 3 cups for us. Charged 9.50. On first taste realized we were totally ripped off. It was straight up instant! No mint, no fresh basil. Nothing.

Crust 54 used to be my FAVORITE pizza restaurant. Ummm NOT anymore. They are now serving burnt pizza even the crumbs in my pizza box were burnt. I normally check my food, but I assumed their pizza would still be the best..my daughter purchased a pepperoni pizza and her crust was burnt..

We go back and forth with the thick and thin crust and they are both good. Always good consistent service. We have a member of our family with issues with gluten and crust 54 gluten free is a good choice.Always recommend either location

The girl taking our order forgot to put it in and we sat for an hour. The pop machine was out of ice and all the employees were too concerned with their phones. When I went to inquire about our pizza, The girl was sitting on the floor behind the counter on her phone.
