If you want to sit down and enjoy your food inside you will have the unfortunate run in with the cashier, justin. This is my local Culver’s. I came in a couple weeks ago for dinner. This was my first encounter with him. As I’m ordering my basket meal he interrupts me and shouts “I need to know what you want on the burger!”. He could have just said it but whatever, I tell him I want all the toppings. He again is yelling and at this point he points to the menu above at the toppings for burgers. This is not rocket science, anyway I just tell him the exact toppings. My friend orders his food and the cashier acts like he can’t hear him. My friend had to repeat himself twice and it wasn’t even loud in the restaurant. At the end of him taking our order I say “you need to work on your customer service.” And he just gave me a look. Fast forward to last night. My friend and I go in to order. As I’m telling justin, the cashier, my order he has to correct me in a mocking tone. He then continues to tell me how I should be ordering. I don’t argue back I just say “great, that’s exactly what I wanted.” He was again rude to my friend as well. I don’t understand why this guy is front facing customers when he is not at all personable nor friendly or upbeat. It’s a real shame because the food is very good but I would not recommend this location.

Literally sat in line for 15 mint to order food then sat and waited for over 20 mins for a malt that was half MELTED NOT MIXED and powder all over it, COLD CHICKEN and soggy greasy soaked fries. ABSOLUTELY THEE WORST TO DATE

We LOVE Culver’s! This is one of the worst ones we have been to, unfortunately. Every time we come we wait for a really long time and our orders are almost always wrong. Staff are not friendly. :( such a bummer!

We had to pick up an order for door dash, there was 2 young females working inside being very loud and playing around flirting with the boy there arguing about who is closing in the future, I asked for my order and was told it wasn't done. After 10 minutes of waiting for my order a young man came up asked me if I had been helped I told him what I needed and he turned around and grabbed the order that was sitting in the windows the whole time! It was the order I was waiting for and the young kids not caring about their job or the customer were too busy flirting and playing around. I was very upset and wish I had time to talk to a manager but I had an order and customer waiting for their food!! Dissapointed!!

The food... Fine, it's the same quality you'd find at any Culver's location.
The service appears fine, but while there, there was a lack of communication between the front of house staff and back of house staff. You could hear the person at the back of house who's plating orders shouting at the people up front. One gentleman stood at the counter for at least 20 minutes, waiting for a remake on a burger, and the staff delivering food to the dining area isn't even checking for names, which is how I managed to get someone else's order. They just dropped the order and took my number. My order was remade after going to the counter, so they made it right for me.

food is good, but curbside always takes an insane amount of time. we almost always end up going inside to check in on our food. a few times it has ended up sitting on the pick up counter getting cold while we were waiting out in the car. every other culvers i have been to is efficient with getting curbside orders out, but this one specifically ALWAYS takes forever

Last 4 times we have used the drive thru here, there's always someone yelling and laughing in the background, and the order comes out wrong. Mostly the wrong condiments, but sometimes even the wrong sandwiches. Service used to be amazing, now it isn't much better than any other fast food in the area.
