food is good, but curbside always takes an insane amount of time. we almost always end up going inside to check in on our food. a few times it has ended up sitting on the pick up counter getting cold while we were waiting out in the car. every other culvers i have been to is efficient with getting curbside orders out, but this one specifically ALWAYS takes forever

Last 4 times we have used the drive thru here, there's always someone yelling and laughing in the background, and the order comes out wrong. Mostly the wrong condiments, but sometimes even the wrong sandwiches. Service used to be amazing, now it isn't much better than any other fast food in the area.

The food is always good, but the staff at this location is not as friendly and welcoming as other locations that I frequent. Food sometimes takes longer than normal to come out; this is based on my experience with other locations.

I've gone to this culvers probably twice a week for the past 5 years, normally some of the best service around. Do not go on Fridays. Night and day different service once they're busy. Just waited a half hour just to get my order without the cheese curds i paid for. Already late for work so no time to get out fixed. Never coming back on Friday

Went to get some ice cream for a late night snack and went through the drive thru. Had no problem ordering and paying. I wasn't really sure why we needed a number and pull up when we just had 2 concrete mixers but oh well 🤷🏼♀️ we pull up and are sat there for 20 minutes watching as cars behind us keep getting there food and leaving. Finally, we decide to drive back around, and when we explain, we've been waiting 20 minutes for ice cream they tell us to pull forward again. We get to the window, and they hand us our concrete mixer with the texture of soup completely melted and our Fanta orange float that is completely separated and just was nasty. Save yourself the hassle. Dairy queen is just across the street.

I rarely leave bad reviews but we placed a curb side order (the whole point to not have to wait in the drive thru line) and waited half an hour for them to bring out the food. They forgot the drink and said they’d be right back with it. Well after another 15 minutes I got sick of waiting and went in to get it myself. There were probably six people behind the counter doing absolutely nothing. One was the girl who said she’d be right back with the drink. Absolutely ridiculous when curb side pickup is supposed to be quick. We counted at least 25 cars that made it through the drive thru (which is a feat on its own) before we even got the food. Horrible service.

This is my full comment from my survey, but it was too long for my receipt survey.
So firstly I want to say Audrey helped me at the window at the very end, and she was very friendly and quick to help retrieve one of my missing items. She was wonderful and none of what will follow should reflect on my interaction with her.
I waited over 25 minutes after I was told to park on the side to wait for my food(two burgers, a side of fries with cheese sauce, a side of pretzels and cheese, and two additional cheese sauces for 4 total) and drinks(a shake and a concrete mixer). After finally receiving the drinks and only one bag of food, I decided to check it because it did not seem like enough for our $37 order. We had one burger and one side of pretzels, with 2 cheese sauces. I flagged another person down and let them know I was missing half of my food, the other side of fries, the other burger, and another cheese sauce. After several minutes they returned and said they needed my receipt because the manager did not believe I paid for it. I gave them the receipt that listed all the items. They returned several minutes later, and said "here's your other bag". No apologies, the manager on duty did not come out, nothing. Just here's your food. I checked the bag and there was fries and a burger box inside. I went around the drive thru again and apologized to Audrey and said I just want the other cheese sauce I paid for. Again, she was very helpful, fast, kind, and apologetic.
Upon arriving home, we discovered the 2nd bag we recieved had completely the wrong burger in it (it was supposed to be mushroom and Swiss, it was something else with sauce pickles and onions on it, and inedible for my husband.)
I completely understand being busy, and mix ups happen. But to have multiple missteps along the way as well as the extremely long wait, and lack of any apology or care from neither of the team members who brought the food out to my car (both the first who brought the correct half and the second who I flagged down), and no manager involvement or apology, I am so very frustrated, disappointed, and my husband is still hungry.
Many many kudos to Audrey at the window, she was exemplary, and my only positive interaction during this visit.

While what I share now is the most egregious example of a Culver's trip I've experienced, it is not a large outlier. Waited over an hour for 2 burgers, a chicken sandwich, and a couple of shakes. About 25 minutes in, we got a single $10 coupon, and an "it will be right out". 20 minutes later, we ask where our food is, and they search for it, because they don't know why we don't have our food either. Turns out, they set it on the pickup shelf? They said it'd take about 5 minutes to remake. As the math shows, took closer to 15. We bonded with another person who was also waiting for about 30 minutes.
The most props I can give here are that they seem to staff the location well, the employees are empathetic, and the food does taste good. Unfortunately, as mentioned, the experience above is not a very unique one. Consistently we will have food missing or items incorrect (shockingly, nothing this time around), and it takes about 10 minutes average to get whatever it is remade (or made for the first time). Overall, while I appreciate their attempts to rectify a bad situation, this was one bad situation too many, with poor compensation. There are other places where I can satisfy what a Culver's craving would entail, and I can get double the food twice as fast with none of the accuracy issues.
