The food is always good, but the staff at this location is not as friendly and welcoming as other locations that I frequent. Food sometimes takes longer than normal to come out; this is based on my experience with other locations.
This was a very nice Culver's. The staff was friendly and the food was fairly quick. It was also very clean. They have a large parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: They are very kid friendly. The kids' menu is great, and each meal comes with a free frozen custard.

The cold, mushroom Swiss burgers had maybe a tablespoon of mushrooms on them. The double butter burger with cheese was dry and cold, and the bun was hard. The cheese wasn't even beginning to melt on any of the burgers we ordered. The onion rings were old, cold, and hard. The macaroni and cheese cup was only filled halfway, and for $5, it should have been a full cup. I blame the manager mostly for this because it begins at the top.
