We had to pick up an order for door dash, there was 2 young females working inside being very loud and playing around flirting with the boy there arguing about who is closing in the future, I asked for my order and was told it wasn't done. After 10 minutes of waiting for my order a young man came up asked me if I had been helped I told him what I needed and he turned around and grabbed the order that was sitting in the windows the whole time! It was the order I was waiting...
The food... Fine, it's the same quality you'd find at any Culver's location.
The service appears fine, but while there, there was a lack of communication between the front of house staff and back of house staff. The food is always good, but the staff at this location is not as friendly and welcoming as other locations that I frequent. Food sometimes takes longer than normal to come out; this is based on my experience with other locations.
