I take my 102 yr old stepmother to her favorite spot. She loves their cheese burgers and icecream sundaes. Plenty of parking, doors are too heavy for handicapped but usually someone can help if needed. Very clean and friendly atmosphere.

Warning!! Sick for days. Ran through drive thru. The cheese curds I could not smell because of alergys. Got home and the wife asked what that smell was. I said the cheese curds but I didn't eat them all because my stomach started to hurt a little. She said they smell horrible, like the grease had not been changed or was exeamly bad. Hours later was very sick through the next day.

Side note the guy on the drive through was absolutely horrible. Mumbling, couldn't understand anything he was saying. Thought it was the speaker but no, it was him. Not paying attention, not listening. I could have drove off without paying . Had to remind him. Then he is standing there with my card talking to people for 30 sec, then walked away until I hit the window and asked him what the hell is going on.

Will never go back and hope others take warning regarding food poisoning!
Hope corporate reads these. They should be shut down.
Dont apologize, just stop poisoning people.

Went to the Holland Michigan Dairy Queen. Had a very difficult time understanding the teller at the drive-through. They could not understand me either. Do to language barriers. He could not understand or speak English very well. After we were finally able to place our order. The hamburgers were microwaved. Totally horrible. Yum Yum hot pickles ketchup mustard on onions. Not to mention the Bun. They were not the fresh hamburgers that you usually get at all other Dairy Queen’s. We have been there several times before. We believe it’s under new ownership. And they just don’t seem to care. I do not recommend the Holland Michigan Dairy Queen. Not anymore anyway.

Do your self a favor and go to Culver's! Everytime I give DQ a chance they never fail to disappoint. Either the portions are small, the order is cold, or they act like theycan't use the deal on the app unless I explain it to them. Last couple times I didn't even bother with the attitude. They act like you are asking them for a pint of blood when you ask them to scan the app! I'll go to the DQ 30 mins away to avoid this one!

I stopped in Holland after a trip to harbor freight and ordered the worst burger I think I've ever had. The bun was soggy and rubbery had 2 onion rings on it. Pulled 1 off and tried to eat it( like it had been under a food warmer to long) threw them out. Pulled 1 of the burger patties off and took a bite. Yuck!!! Thank God I ordered a overpriced chocolate shake...atleast it was good. Will never order a burger there again. 7 dollars for 1 bite and threw it away. Thanks Holland DQ

They messed up 2 times on the order. We had 3 meal deals and 1 extra burger. Only special thing we asked was the regular cheeseburger have only ketchup on it. Nothing to hard. Plus all 3 of the fries in the meal deals were not even half full. They all seemed to not even understand what we were saying. Then after it being wrong 2 times no one stepped up to say sorry or take control. Not sure if they had a manager or supervisor but definitely no one acted like it. We have been here many times and this was out of the ordinary but still ridiculous.
