We've eaten Dickies for years, I don't know what happened at this place. Immediate change of management needed. Menus offline, workers all in the back eating (while customers are waiting at the counter), cold meat, stale rolls, inaccurate signs and options (no longer serving Texas toast?). When we asked for a receipt the worker said it would take too long to connect to WiFi?! When we asked for fresh meat that wasn't cold they had to call the general manager (or at least they disappeared to the back for a few minutes)? Quickest way to lose your customers is just have poorly trained, unmotivated and generally disagreeable workers. Add cold food on top of of it all... Probably not coming back anytime soon.

Dined in. The wings were tossed in the wrong sauce. We ordered buffalo, and they were tossed in lemon pepper dry rub. Instead of making new, she just took the container and put buffalo in with the lemon pepper dry rub and said, "there, buffalo". We didn't eat them. I tried one and they were nasty. The combination of buffalo and lemon pepper was not good. Nothing seemed to be stocked. Had to ask for sauces, and they seemed less than impressed to help. First time visiting, and I'm not sure I need to return. What kills me was the kiosk asked for a tip, which we did, and then nothing was stocked, and then the food was not even made correctly. The employee's attitude was the worst thing on the menu, and I don't remember ordering it!

Our visit to Dickeys was disappointing due to inattentive service. The server seemed rude and didnt want to be there. We waited quite a while for our order to be taken and our food to arrive. To add to the frustration, the bread we were expecting never came. While we understand that restaurants can get busy, the lack of kind service detracted from our overall enjoyment of the meal.

The Food was fantastic! I didn't know Dickey's did Wings so well, however Amanda took my order and was snotty, and did not treat me with respect. This altercation left me with a VERY SOUR taste in my mouth. Fix the attitude.
