I'm honestly giving a 3 star because the food tastes good and the people who work here are very nice every time my wife and I pick up food. However, the last 4 times we have came here, we are missing at least 1 side dish we ordered, and it happened again yesterday. We understand people forget sometimes, or maybe they ran out of that food item, but 5 times in a row with no mention of out of stock food or wanting to substitute for something else?

When I visited Dickeys Barbecue Pit I had to wait over 15 minutes just to place my to go order. The staff could use some work on being more time efficient and being more pleasant to their customers. I will say that once I received my food that it tasted amazing. I don't recommend going there if you are on a budget because the prices are expensive, but worth it if you can afford it. Just call ahead if you don't have the time to wait.

Food was delicious and good portions. They were not busy and things like forks and sweet ice tea were not stocked. Staff was friendly but I think they don't realize their conversations carry into the eating area and gossiping about work and coworkers was main topic
