The driver left my order outside in the cold at the wrong address then yelled at me! Then the manager Wayne cussed me out refusing to remake my order! Never again will I order! Still waiting on my refund a month later!!!!!!
The local stores no longer honor the regular coupons. I'm voting with my wallet and giving them a miss - there's better pizza in West Michigan with comparable pricing.
Up front, we order often from this Domino's without incident 99% of the time. But twice now there were a couple issues with our order, during very busy times, I understand! On both occasions I was answered politely and quickly and a delivery driver was at my door quickly to make it right and apologize. I will keep ordering from you on customer service alone! Shout out to the staff!
