Did not get the pizzas i ordered, instead I got 3 of the exact same pizzas all over baked dry as hell and hardly any cheese on them. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere

Typical pizza delivery which meant it was smooth sailing, none of my food looks like it was kicked into a curb, and right on the expected time! Stephanie did a great job with the hotel handoff, everything was still hot too. Mmm cheese time

I will never order from holland domino's they don't know how to cook. The management sucks i called to make a complaint they said the manager would call me it's been a month haven't heard nothing I called 3 times the first time I wanted my money back they said they I had to talk to the manager well again she never called me back

Good help is hard to come by but being a decent person doesn't take much effort. I was picking up an order and upon entering was told to move my car, no greet, or anything, just move my car by an employee on 12/4/24 evening. They would not give me my order until I moved my car. I move my vehicle as demanded, but left the store feeling unappreciated. I called store to simply address my concern and it turned out it was the manager on duty that night who demanded I move my car before I could pickup my order. Needless to say no resolution. To the I owner I would say again, good help can be hard to find, but decency and respect to your clientele is crucial to the success of a bussiness. Hope fully this helps someone avoid that kind of treatment..

Don’t understand the point of being able to add instructions if they never follow them.
The app worked flawlessly and I really like how they tell you when the driver is almost there. The order was also accurate, the food was good and the delivery was on time.

The food was was over the estimated time. That's fine for places where the food arrives fresh but the pepperoni pizza tasted like food poisoning. The pepperoni was foul. No one even ate it. I was given a coupon for a free pizza for the long wait but why would I make myself sick on bad food? Be careful about eating here.

Best of the local delivery pizza places for me. Always perfect? Of course not. Better than most others? Yep! Depends on when you order, but delivery is usually quite fast. Mistakes happen, but they were corrected without attitude. Will they continue to be my go-to place for "fast food" delivery pizza...of course.
You folks that work there are definitely better than the other national brand pizza places, at least on the Northside of Holland.
