They ran out of pasta during my order and let me know they’d be giving me less pasta than usual. One of the employees told me that for my next order, I should call ahead and mention what happened so I could get a free pasta. Cool.
When I placed my next order, I called to let them know about the previous issue. They told me there was no way to do that and they couldn’t honor it.
So in the end, I got shorted on my first order and didn’t receive the free pasta I was promised.

We ordered a pizza it never showed up for delivery, we called and they said that they return it back and threw it away because nobody answered the door, they never showed up!! They never took it off our debit card!! Scammers 💯

Received my food burned went back to get food remade or refunded then the manager tried to intimidate me by raising her voice stating it was normal for my food to be burned then stated they don’t remake nor refund. Nevertheless I made complain with corporate and had to jump threw hoops for refund. Think twice before you order from here

Usually the pizza here is really good this time I ordered a pizza it was not hand tossed like I chose it was thin like that New Yorker style which I don't like then I order Cinema twist and I don't get any icing what is the purpose what a big disappointment but other than that the pizza did get done very fast so that was good just not the crust we wanted and no icing for the cinnamon twist

Typical pizza delivery which meant it was smooth sailing, none of my food looks like it was kicked into a curb, and right on the expected time! Stephanie did a great job with the hotel handoff, everything was still hot too. Mmm cheese time
