Ordered 4 sandwiches for takeout today. Took 30 minutes and 2 of the sandwiches were very wrong. One had cheese (I have a dairy allergy and specifically said no cheese) and the other was missing not only the meat but also the extra meat I paid for. I got a bacon sandwich with dressing. Sloppy and late. You should skip this place.

The paninis, or hot sandwiches, are uniquely built with some really fun flavor schemes.
Great option for kids as well with a very affordable half sandwich that comes with fresh cut apples and a juice box.

There was a group of us that ordered a large order of 6 sandwiches. Was told it was going to be done at 12:30, and we had to wait until 1:30pm. All of the sandwiched were made incorrectly, missing sauces, meats, cheeses that were supposed to be on the sandwich. The hot sandwiches were cold, burnt and hard. They didn't have gluten free bread for one of the orders, and didn't call us to let us know and they just took the sandwich off the order and refunded the money. That will be the last time I will ever order from this location.

Ordered the Huntress for lunch today. Sandwich was not even close to what was ordered. No ham...no raspberry jam and no honey mustard. It did have the bacon and cheese. To top it off it was burnt. I would not recommend this place.
Didn't get what we ordered seemed like a rush job ordered online very disappointing and we drove 25 miles just to come here

As always, food is amazing. I normally order delivery but today I stopped in the shop. The shop itself is pulsing with energy! Two guys in the back making sandwiches and keeping a positive attitude during the lunch rush. (7-8-24, 12:30)

By far the best sub shop in the country. Driving coast to coast we have not found one better. Every month we are back here and I have almost ate my way through the menu and never once had a bite that wasn’t the most satisfying.

Food was meh. Ordered 3 pb and js and two other sandwiches. Between the three employees working and us being the only customers this took 20+ minutes to make. Restaurant was dirty, bathroom dirtier. Out of mozz which happens but the sandwich I wanted it replaced with was $2 cheaper and they didn’t offer to refund the difference. The staff seemed more worried about chatting than working honestly.
