Nice facility, plenty of seating and nice atmosphere. The coffee was great and the prices were reasonable. The guy making it obviously knew what he was doing. My only complaint was that it was really hot and humid inside. The could have at least propped the door open. Anyway, it was a good experience!

This is a great spot for me to grab a coffee with my two small kids in tow. There is room to navigate a double-wide jogging stroller and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. I love their coffee and baked goods!

We love this coffee cafe in Holland! The coffee is fantastic, the blueberry muffins=delish and great service from the Ferris team? Well done! This is a must stop if you’re in Holland, MI!

Excellent espresso drinks. Skip the flavoring syrups and just enjoy a traditional cappuccino.

Last time I went they didn’t have the coffee milkshakes and said they weren’t sure if they’d get them back. I called to see if they still had them and it rang and rang until it went to voicemail, I called again right after that, it rang twice and then went to voicemail. I waited 5 minutes and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe they were just busy and called again. It rang twice and then went to voicemail. I don’t want to drive there just to find out that they don’t have the milkshake and I’m only in the area today otherwise it’s usually a 30 minute drive. Very disappointing, it says they’re open so I’m not sure why no one can answer the phone.

Fresh and brightening atmosphere with delicious coffee. I also really enjoyed the plethora of trail mixes. Also I thought the prices were really fair. We got 2 lavender lattes, a donut, trail mix, and a vanilla shake for 24 dollars.

Ferris has great coffee but seriously needs to work on their customer service. It’s not just one person, it’s almost everyone who has worked there the last 8 years— which shows me it is a training issue. You walk in and immediately feel like a burden just for being there. Ick. No greeting, no “I can help you when you’re ready.” I still always tip because it’s the right thing to do. But this facet alone has caused my family and I to start choosing other places. A coffee shop should feel refreshing, not cold and sterile. Smile, anticipate customer needs, be cheerful. It goes a long way.

Not the greatest drip coffee, but the latte was great and the service even better. Check out the latte art ?

My husband got a pourover and it was easily one of the best that we’ve tried in this area so far. My latte was good. The staff is really friendly and there’s a decent amount of seating. Only wish was that the bagged coffee beans were closer to their roasting dates, they were all about a month out from roasting dates. Overall though, it was great coffee, some of the better coffee we’ve had in the area, and we’d come here again!

I love this coffee shop! I visited with a friend for the first time yesterday and it was such an enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly and kind, the interior design was aesthetically pleasing, and the hot cocoa I had… one of the best I’ve ever had! They also have multiple milk alternatives, which is $1 up charge, but the price seems pretty reasonable (I paid $5.00 for a 12 ounce hot cocoa with oat milk), which was a breath of fresh air because a lot of times I find myself paying $7-8+ on a cup of coffee! I would love to come here again, and I definitely recommend this place for coffee dates!
