My coworkers and I used to go here for lunch once a week. But for the last three weeks it's been closed every time we've tried to go.
Really wish they would change their hours if they no longer intent to be open for lunch. The first 2 times I thought it was a fluke but it's been 2 or 3 weeks and they are still closed atleast for lunch
Very good we love the Italian, great to grab for a picnic or to bring to the beach food was so good and fast no wait everything ready in just a couple minutes
5 stars because I love this place, however, I'll never get the pastrami there again. It was awful. All gristle.
Don’t order the food you will get it and the bread is all nasty and you can’t eat it unless you like wet nasty bread..
Sub-par. Every other Firehouse Subs locations I've visited had better food. Both my girlfriend and I were disappointed with our meals.
We ordered four Medium Italian Subs and both of us requested all four to NOT be cut and half! Got home and all four had been cut in half by the preparer (we wanted to serve them as 20 mini-subs - but now we can only serve to 16 mini-subs - - each sub makes four mini-subs, instead of our plan to have five). But the real kicker is that all subs came 'lathered in mayonaise', which we did not request!! So we had to scrape the mayo off - the bottom bun is so soggy . . . can't tell if there is Italian dressing on them, which is how they should be. Sorry, we're not impressed with the preparation. We usually go to competitors for subs, but gave Firehouse a try because of a coupon we took advantage of. Next time I guess I would like to watch the step-by-step preparers process of making the sub at Firehouse, to make sure it is assembled the way we want.Follow-up on my review this evening. . . the Italian Sub tasted pretty good, but the bottom piece of it, again was a mess to hold. We served them to our get-together group, which is why we wanted them uncut . . . the mini-subs we were able to serve were all eaten, but noticed other people picking them up off the tray we served them on, hoping they were not too dismayed at how soggy the bottom bun was. Raised my review rating to 3☆ for taste.
The j*** turkey is not spicy, but it was delicious!
Very good food. I got the medium Italian sub and couldn't quite finish all of it. Very tasty.
Awesome food although we thought that it was a little expensive but well worth the money

Pulled up at 2015 and they close at 2100. Am employee sitting at a table said they don't stay open past 2000 in the winter since no one comes in... Thanks for the false advertising on ur business posting guys. It really makes me want to come back.
Tasty subs! Way better than plain 'ol Subway.
Online ordering did not place the correct order. I have eaten in here before enjoyed the subs. The online order got our entire order wrong. Supposed to be extra toasted, scooped out bread, pickles no cheese, tomatoes etc None of these options were on the three sandwiches we ordered. Call the store to complain that the order was not the same as online selection. The employee said that what they had made was what they got on the online order. When I looked at the receipt it didn’t match our order and the online email didn’t match our order. They claim we screwed up ordering and if I could prove it I could drive over and they would remake the sandwiches.Little too late after driving across town. Ended up taking dubs apart toasting putting back and adding what was supposed to be on the order. Take out not.
not friendly at all. Didn't even put cheese on the whole sandwich and the meat was very greasy. I'll never eat there again. 1st and last time ever eating there.
I love their subs, but the staff shortage equates to long wait times.
