I moved to the west side of the state almost 6 years ago and had been missing the mushroom and swiss burgers. I was pleasantly surprised to.find this Hardee's in Holland.

You look it up on the app it shows up try to use the rewards of Deals they say it goes through you go to talk to them at the counter with it and they say they don't take them so why does it let you look them up and show what is there for deals if they don't use them

The food was amazing as always, I walked in to get lunch today and immediately as I walked it I heard yelling in the back everyone telling each other to “shut up”. I wasn’t to fazed by them but as soon as I was receiving help at the counter a lady came up and seemed very unhappy to be there. She asked what I wanted in a very rude tone and was walking away while I was ordering. I was trying to scan my rewards while paying and she had snapped at me saying I can’t do that. I asked if I could try again to receive my rewards but refused and just told me to pay. I was very unpleasant with this experience and don’t want it to happen again. You are in customer service yet you should know how to treat someone even though your having a bad day!

I'm a trucker. Been driving all day stop over night to get something to eat ask for it fresh and lady said they don't do that after paying $11.39 for 5pc tender combo Employee: Christian. Today is 8/15/25 @ 8:49:16. I will be telling other trucker not to support this business here
Love Hardee's! Their breakfast is awesome. Especially their sausage. By far the best fast food sausage!

Didn't go inside went through drive through. Food is always good its one of my favs just wish it was closer over the speaker worker seemed nice but at the window she seemed annoyed othet then that no complaints. Order was right and food was hot.
