Cashier made mistake on my burger order. It was made how cashier ordered it. Not what i asked for but GREAT customer service manager made it right. Food was warm and fresh.

It's really awful when customers have to hear management or supervisors admonish(loudly) the cashier for not getting her chicken training done while also trying to ring up customers! This should never happen

I love hardees amazing the Ham and cheese sandwich were amazing it was hot , the flavor was good , the mayo and ketchup were good on it , the bun was soggy that needs to be fixed but other than that the sandwich was good.
Good service , friendly , quick service , I will deff be back again to eat here.
I like that the loves gas station is connected so you can shop in the gas station at the same time once yoh get your food.

Service was awful, drinks were all bad, machines need refilling. Burgers were incorrect, chicken was burnt.
Not so often now days I have great experience at a fast food restaurant but today I purchased a burrito and they had hair in it so I brung it back and Salena corrected it by making a new one and upgraded my meal and addressed the employee! All the ladies there was friendly and didn’t get a attitude about the mistake I appreciate that

Place is great, got asked what would I like today. Clean and it shows the crew is very comfortable with each other. Only hit is how they made the wraps I bought. They did not come wrapped right, very very wet ,and tenders were burned. The hamburger was OK even though I said no mayo and add ketchup. They did do that but the portion of ketchup was non-existing. Maybe I just caught them on a lazy day but I would still try them again.
Parking: This location shares parking with Loves so you may want to park away from store.
A group of us were visiting Holland so we stopped at Hardee's for lunch. Everyone enjoyed their meal, the staff was nice (she was new so a bit slow) but we didn't mind and the restaurant was clean. Definitely recommend the Frisco burger?
