Chicken was a bit on the dry side. BBQ sauce is ok bit vinegary. Ribs were very juicy and tender, the pork and beans were good. Customer service was excellent and food came out quickly and hot.
Food was warm, meat seemed to be setting in a buffet style holding pans. More like scoop and serve.
Tried the pulled pork, wings, ribs and brisket.
Flavor had no known spice to taste. Smoke was about a 3 out of 10.

I love Hog Wild BBQ! I just had a tasting for my wedding and their food is amazing, and they have a very friendly owner and staff! They have delicious choices for meats and sides. They are easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I am excited for them to cater my wedding!
