I order from them quite frequently!! But today was a down fall for them I like there chicken bacon ranch I ordered a medium!! Size is correct but it looked like they just tossed the topping on globbed the ranch and pushed it thru the oven and let’s not forget the poor lil bread sticks I got was half wayed buttered 😭😭😭. Then it took almost a hour for my food to get to its destination!!
I would have called them about the food but I myself was at work and just chalked it up and ate cuz it was lunch time ! And didn’t have time to wait for another to be made then brought to me !
But overall I LOVE there chicken bacon ranch except today idk who did what just was thrown Together and not as satisfying as any other day

Your pizza is way over priced its ridiculous to pay 17 dollars for a small pizza wehave ordered numerous times but cant afford to eat from there anymore and wait time is to long for delivery

My order was delivered by a DoorDash driver and I know I left a tip but when I asked them if they got it they showed me their app. Surprised that it proved Staff stole it. Shame on you!

Absolutely fantasticly made pizza. Great amount of sauce and cheese and bacon and cooked to perfection c:< also cut greatly. It's oddly hard to find a good pizza even down to being cut poorly now adays but today was a good day for pizza. As was the last few nights I got pizza from this store c:< thanks y'all.

Made a 66$ order at 1:34 didn't arrive until 3:27 and was still charged full price... but I guess the free bread they gave me and a coupon is suppose to make up for a 2 hour wait and cold pizza. I'll stick with domino's

My husband and I have ordered at the Douglas Ave location multiple times in the past. Tonight, when we got our pizza delivered, it was dropped off my DoorDash. When we opened it, the pizzas were completely smashed together. We called and when we explained the situation, they were very understanding! They noted the driver didn’t seem to handle the pizzas too well, so they sent us a whole new order for no charge and gave us a coupon. Very pleased by how the situation was handled!

Pan pizza is good, but messy. Very greasy box. Toppings are good. Delivery people are pretty friendly.
One big bugaboo is the pizza inside the box is always a mess.Toppings are always looking like they slid off the pie. AND The pizza box lid is always smushed into the pizza as the box is closed . Kinda off putting. To open the pizza box lid and see the lid edge all cheese and pizza topping covered is unpleasant! No one wants to eat that portion of pizza that had the pizza box lid smushed into it.
Pizza is good . The execution to place pie in box not so much.
