Food was good and came out pretty quick considering how busy it was. Our server Sergio was nice, helpful and was great at giving the right amount of attention. Would definitely sit in his section again.

Me and my boyfriend decided to order a pickup from ihop today, I put my order in at 11:15 and it was ready by 11:30 when we arrived, he placed his order at the same time and he walked in to get and they said it would be 5 more mins. He walked back in and they said they had to remake it? Then he went back in 15 mins later and still wasn’t done. Overall, it’s 12:50 and we just got his order. Left and there was no syrup in the bag after purchasing it. Host was rude and didn’t know how to handle the situation. Really disappointing. Won’t be back.

Only a 15 min wait. The waitress forgot about my family and had to ask us if she got our order. Upon receiving food some of it was cold. Waitress did not stop by our table for drink refills or to see how everything tasted. Had to ask another employee to get a manager as we were sitting there for 15 min after others finished their food. Manager did take 1 meal off the bill as it didn't get eaten.

We get sat at a table, she takes our drink order, we get drinks. We order mozzarella sticks, we were brought an appetizer sampler. We tell them it isnt what we ordered and they take it away and take another 10 minutes to bring out the mozzarella sticks. They didnt bring small share plates with the appetizer or the ranch which we asked for. We are brought our food, they are missing an order of hashbrowns, we had no silverware. We ask for silverware but it takes a long time to receive them. The syrup had no flavor, the eggs were undercooked, the hashbrowns were overcooked, we were not brought the bill, they were not attentive at all.
This is my fav breakfast place 2 go 2. I'd highly recommend coming here cause they have reasonable prices.

Came in as I had plans to meet someone here to sign some paperwork..!! Met a waitress at the door coming in that I would say acted as tho she was bothered that I walked in the door..!! She then asked if it was just me and I said there will be 2 of us so corner booth would be good..!! Did all of my paperwork and the other person left so I'm sitting here flopping the menus around to maybe quietly get the waitresses attention yet to no avail after sitting for a good 10 minutes with none of the waitresses looking my way I actually had to rudely say Excuse Me to get someone's attention..!! Not the first time this has happened and will be the last time I ever set foot in this establishment again..!! When waitresses expect a gratuity then perform like you want that and there won't be a problem..!!
