WORST IHOP EVER . AVOID. From out of town so when it hit late night and we saw IHOP open , we thought great . Ordered food online for a specific pick up time , gave it a good while then went to pick it up . Stood in the front of the restaurant for over 10 mins before I had to track the waitress down who says give me 5 mins , ok sure , 15 mins goes by and I have to go find her again , mind you there’s maybe 2-3 tables at this time so nothing crazy . Finally get my food and realize my drink is missing , get told we don’t have that and walks away , I’m like hey I paid for that so she makes the drink . Get the food and everything is ice cold , eggs are rubber plus they forgot all the syrups I requested and paid for .

I’m unsure how the food was because the service was so horrific we couldn’t get that far. From the time we walked in it was complete chaos Half of the restaurant was empty but we were forced to sit in a booth next to other people. Then we waited about 20 minutes for the server to bring us water. The waitress took our order then we waited another 30 minutes, in that 30 minute it was an absolute circus everyone that was working there were walking in circles not knowing what to do and on their phones. We could see the two young hosts starring hard at our table we were all so uncomfortable we left. It was very unfortunate cause we waited for 45 minutes and still never ended up eating :(

Got seated before 2 other tables. They had their orders 5-10 minutes before my table. My order wasn’t done correctly, missing one thing on my sons order, appetizers came AFTER the meal too. Definitely NOT worth going to the Holland, MI ihop. They were not even busy, we were 1 of only 4 tables with people in the entire restaurant
Decided to try it again.... crappy service!!! 1st table they were seating us at was fine but didn’t work for them because it didn’t have syrup and I guess they couldn’t just move one over to that table... so instead they seated the 4 of us at a table with 3 chairs so I had to grab my own chair from another table. Then it’s only 5:00 and they are out of diet pop???? Really??? This place has done nothing except go downhill! Don’t waste your time or money here!
There were only 2 tables seated today and we had to wait for a table????????????? Then we sat at the table finally and waited at least 20 minutes before our order was taken. They need to get rid of the entire staff and start over!!!!!!!!!!
Update: They started over with their staff…. Guess what…. Still the SAME PROBLEM! People seated after us got their food and finished eating before we even had our order taken! I ordered eggs on a taco shell… no bacon… yet they kept adding bacon!!! Sooooooo fricken tired of this place yet for some reason my son likes their shitty food and service.
Update: 3/8/25 After a call from the new manager, I was willing to give another shot… I gave my name and phone number for the credit I was supposed to get and the waitress couldn’t find anything so she did give a discount that turned out to be under half what I was told by the manager I would get but that’s how it goes… Food was good this time, at least it was mostly made correctly. My dad ordered a hamburger that they added avocado to even though it wasn’t asked for , or wanted as he doesn’t like avocado, or listed on the menu as being in it. Service was good if not a bit slow in a not too busy restaurant at 3 pm.

Ordered the breakfast sampler (Two buttermilk pancakes, 2 bacon, 2 pieces ham, 2 sausage links, 2 eggs* and hash browns) Asked server to please make sure to have eggs on separate plate as allergic (giving to my husband) After 10 minutes food comes out. Server tells me (I told them about the eggs) still proceeds to hand me the plate of food with eggs IN THE MIDDLE OF EVERYTHING! Sent back Started eating the pancakes that had their own plates. Crunchy and cold (yay😒) Get plate of the other food. COLD!!!! Bacon COLD! Ham COLD! Sausage COLD, Hash browns Extra Extra Crispy and COLD!!! Asked Husband about his food Freaking COLD! I definitely should have went ANYWHERE ELSE! Waited 10+ for bill after getting to go containers (warming food up at Home). Handed the POS for tip with 20% selected. Umm Nope. Yes I left a small tip. Will not leave nothing. 10% is ok for this kind of experience.

Always great food and service, and it this location didn't disappoint. Drunk hour varies from locations, you know that time right after the bars close, and IHOP is the only thing open.
Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian, however I did notice a nice selection of vegetarian dishes.
Kid-friendliness: Always kid friendly, minus drunk hour, of course.

The pancake came out cold. I asked for some peanut butter and they were out. How does a breakfast restaurant not have peanut butter? We ordered a BLT sandwich and it didn't come with any lettuce!! What does the L mean in BLT? We will definitely not return to this restaurant.

This place is a joke. Went for breakfast and sat at the table almost 20 mins. Then waitress comes to the table and asked “are you guys doing alright” no we haven’t talked to anyone. She then walks away for another 5 minutes. Then comes back and asks if she can take our drink order we ask to order at the same time. Finally we get drinks 5 minutes later and food comes out like a damn kindergartner cooked it. This place is a freaking joke. First time at an ihop and will be my last for sure.
