The employees were extremely rude and acted as if we were an inconvenience for ordering two subs! If I didn’t love the subs I would never go back. Good thing we live elsewhere and can frequent our own Jersey Mike’s!

Ordered online...sandwiches prepared 45 minutes prior to pickup time. They were NOT cold and bread was dry. First time, will be out last. Not I presses at all.

I was actually really scared to go into this jersey Mike’s because I’ve never been in a jersey Mike’s, but everyone was so cool and awesome, I love Jimmy John’s, but I am going to have to change to jersey mikes because yall are so #awesome. Thank you for the dill pickle chip recommendation Brandon, to be so real, I was also a little scared because I did not think I was going to like the chips, but this chip has everything I’ve ever wanted. I really love jalapeño chips, but they are too spicy, this chip was that perfect tangyiness mm mm mm ♥️♥️♥️♥️ I was scared to ask for the sub “mikes way” because it felt silly, but it still felt silly asking for “The Juice”, for next time, what should I do? Thank you ♥️♥️

Very friendly staff.

Returned 03/22/2023 at about 16:00 and ordered a cheese steak. All of the tables were dirty and the trash was near to overflowing. The sandwich was good but it could have had more cheese on it, what was left of the cheese mad the sandwich very messy.

The response from the owner requested an email and an email was sent with no response or follow-up from the owner (I suspect that it was not the owner but someone from the management group). This is typical corporate chain restaurant behavior, and I have adjusted my rating accordingly and in a downward direction. What I didn't say in the email that this area, in particular, does not fare well for chain restaurants, check here for the relative low ratings of many of the local versions of the national chains. The dining scene is this area is abysmal, both in choice, selection, and execution.

The staff was very careful cleaning the area for my food prep--gluten free. The turkey meat and gf Udi's bun didn't have much flavor. The staff was excellent in service and prep.

Shout out to the manager, Brandon at Jersey Mike’s subs in Holland!!! I went in today, so nervous to ask if they would be willing to donate any mayo or mustard packets because a friend and I are making sandwiches for the homeless/needy. I tried a tuna sub here and while it was very tasty, it was quite messy. At the very least, they didn’t skimp on toppings. The staff was decent, and the atmosphere was pretty standard for fast food. I’d like to try their other sandwiches, but the tuna wasn’t bad (just messy). At least I got an idea of what Jersey Mike’s is like now, and it’s probably a step or two above the other big sandwich chains.

Waited 20 minutes for a mobile order after the time it was supposed to be finished because the printer kept jamming. Each time a staff member unjammed the printer 3-4 mobile order would come out. Since the mobile printer wasn’t being tended to frequently, everyone inside received their food first, regardless of the fact that those using mobile ordering put in their orders first. I understand that the priority might be to get through the line of people who are in-house first, but when most of the people in the lobby are waiting on mobile orders that were supposed to be finished 20 minutes prior, something needs to change.

Order was called in at 3:40pm at 3:50pm when I walked in the order hadn't even been started. 3 employees behind the counter. 2 appeared to be late, maybe why sammy was delayed. Not cool.
