Avoid this location. I ordered the Big John combo, but it was quite the opposite. Barely any Roast Beef on the sandwich. I added cheese but they didn’t put it on. It was a pick up order and they just had the sandwich on the rack, so I had to ask for my chips, soda, and cookie and put it in the bag myself. It was at 4:30 so shift change time, but come on!!

The last 3 times I've ordered here I've been
charged for cheese that I did NOT ask for as well as missing toppings I asked for or completely wrong toppings! The sub I got today had no pickles that I asked for an they added red chili flakes an cheese that I did not want. Maybe have your employees pay attention to orders!? Edit- this was meant for the 16th Street location
Not good for driving directions, but perfect for who people are walking downtown/8th street.
One of the many quality James&Johnathan's for sure for sure. If youre looking for lunch while exploring Holland, this makes for the quickest and maybe cheapest option. Its super convenient for people that are walking around!
Vegetarian options: As simple as it is, their veggie sandwich is honestly one of my favorites for a fast food veggie option! CONSISTENTLY a knock down drag out kick as sando ?
Parking: Good luck. There's tons of parking around, but it is a walk. If you have some good luck or so something might be available close to here.
Wheelchair accessibility: Perfectly accessible of youre already up the curb.

One of the only places to get “fast food” in downtown Holland.

I was dragged here by my daughter, as I would rather hit a local, rather than chain restaurant... that said, best JJ sandwich ever. When I go, I always order #7, so I am comparing with other JJs. Service was spot on. Super clean. To the point, I noticed all the extra food on shelves were neat and faced. I'll be back.

I have always liked Jimmy John's because of their bread flavor and their Italian Sub. They offer a lot of different subs, but I usually get the Italian, Country Club, or the vegetarian. I've also tasted the BLT. They are #9, #11, #6, the JJ b.l.t. on the menu. They also offer wraps, catering, chips, and Coke products, Dasani water, and lemonade. The service at this one is friendly, orderly, clean, and quick. "Freaky Fast"

Always fresh and always delicious!
Dietary restrictions: They offer any of their sandwiches in a lettuce wrap. They call it an unwich

The worst. Order inaccuracy, terrible service. These people do not know what they are doing and they can’t get it right to save their lives.

Nope, nope, nope. I'm normally a fan of Jimmy John's, but my experience at this one really irked me. First, we ordered four sandwiches for my family to take to a park for a picnic, and one of them was completely wrong. Not just a few wrong toppings, but an entirely different sandwich from what we ordered. Of course we didn't discover it until we unwrapped it at the park. But second, when I paid with a credit card, the payment screen prompted me for a tip and gave me three options: 15%, 18%, or 20%. Or I could click the small "other" button at the bottom (and then presumably select a different amount or none at all). Now I'm normally very supportive of the industry, and I'm all for supporting those who work in the current nationwide worker shortage, but I absolutely DETEST this new practice of forcing customers to tip in situations like this, especially ones where tipping wasn't formerly customary (this was a takeout meal, and the staff there are paid an hourly wage that does NOT assume they will receive tips). If you want to give me the option of leaving a tip, fine. But making a tip the default, and making me go through extra button presses if I do NOT want to leave a tip, is offensive and insulting. If your business isn't making ends meet, raise the prices of your sandwiches. But stop shaming customers into paying more for their meals than advertised.
$26 for 2 "combo" meals??? What's the world came to?

It’s Jimmy John’s! Same sandwich at every location. This location happens to be in beautiful downtown Holland, which in itself is so charming and cute. I love Jimmy John’s bread, but the lettuce wrap option works great for me when I’m looking for fewer calories.
