Clean, very friendly staff, and good food!
The quality of Jimmy John’s sandwiches (especially the bread) has gone quickly downhill— and at a dramatically increased price. I was also told that they could not toast my sandwich and that the reason for which was “above their pay grade.” This will be my last purchase from the franchise.

Very disappointed in the service I received today. I have been to this location many times and depending on who is working, the service is either great or terrible, very little in between. I always get the roast beef and cheddar sandwich and specifically ask with no horseradish sauce and this is the third time I have received my sandwich with horseradish. Yes, this is very little, but it is very aggravating when I ask for something to be left off and it isn’t (and it’s not super easy like picking off tomatos, etc.) The workers there take a very long time and are not the friendliest. I will think differently before I come to this location again

Just wanted to say that Briana is pretty awesome at her job. Respect. Big team at this location. Fast as always. But I noticed Briana brings the sparkle so I wanted to give her props!

Who is managing this place? I'm a fan of Jimmy John's and it's pretty rare to run into one that's genuinely bad, but if there is one that's slower or more incapable of hearing your order without repeating it several times, I hope I never find it. Unfortunately, I have gone here enough to know that this is not just a fluke or occasional rough day.

This place is awful. The service and food is terrible no matter what time of the day it is. I tried to give this place another shot after they gave away my sub to someone else 3 different times. This time the turkey was so old, I immediately ran to the bathroom. The owner does not listen to any of the complaints and this place has been awful since COVID. If you want to get food poisoning and wait over 20 minutes for an awful sub then this is the place to go! The department of public health really needs to be aware of their unsanitary practices.

Ordered #9 Italian nightclub for my daughter on Friday February 21,2025. It made my daughter sick. My daughter started feeling sick to her stomach and stomach cramps then later on she threw up and felt really bad. It sure sounds like food poisoning. Emailed them and they won’t admit that she got food poisoning from the sandwich. So upsetting to see my daughter feel so bad from their food.

I WAS NEVER GIVEN A TOTAL FOR MY ORDER, WAS CHARGED WRONG AND THEN YELLED AT WHEN I TRIED TO GET THE EMPLOYEE’S ATTENTION!!
Unreal experience at this location just now. I went through the drive through, I was not understood at all and I knew it. Simple order, #1, little, no tomato. The ordering experience was bad enough but too much to describe. I knew I had not been understood. I got to the window, no total given, no chance to double check my order. Window closes. Window opens, handed a sandwich too big to be a little. But the window immediately closes, employee gone. I try to knock on the window. Nothing. Tried yelling hello. Nothing. Honked my horn!! NOTHING! Finally I stretch out and knock harder on the window and an employee opens the window and starts YELLING AT ME for “banging on the window!” I AM APPALLED! I couldn’t get a word in edgewise. It was absurd. I finally managed to make it clear my problem and yeah, they offered to refund and remake, but there was NO WAY I was going to trust a new sandwich from these jerks. I am shaking. That was awful! Never in my life have I been treated like that for trying to get an employee’s attention. Never again will give this location my business.
