Unfortunately my regular lunch stop has been horrible with my orders recently. I pick up for two and have had three time in the past two months opened the bag to find a whole sandwich missing. It’s hard to recommend here due to effectively paying for two sandwiches and only getting one.

Imagine going through the drive thru for the first time at a Jimmie Johns and having them get short with you while you’re trying to figure out what your 6 year old is going to eat and the guy on the other end says after you finally order something for him the total and please pull ahead but you still have 2 more subs to order and when you say that the gentleman proceeds to say if you yell at me again I’m putting the head set down? Like umm excuse me it seems like you already wanted to put the headset down, and should probably me terminated. I managed a country club for 3 years worked in the food industry for 16 never have I ever been treated so disrespectfully in my life by someone who otherwise has a pretty easy job.

Don't waste your time in line, slowest service ever. Ordered a totally tuna and it barely had any tuna, sandwich was flat and tuna was dry. They need new staff

We had some friends over for several hours. We ordered the 30-piece party box. It was 10 sandwiches cut into thirds. While it has to be ordered 24 hours in advance, we’re glad we did. You choose which sandwiches (some increase the price). Be sure to follow their recommendation and ask for the mayo and mustard on the side so the sandwiches don’t get soggy. You don’t actually save any money ordering this way. You could actually spend $2 less if you ordered ten sandwiches and cut them yourself. But this was super fun!

Friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. Delicious sandwich (as usual) but the staff was AMAZING! And they have crushed ice- my favorite and both Dr. Pepper and Cherry Coke.My sandwich was ready before I finished paying. Wow!A staff member stopped by my table to see if I needed another napkin. So attentive and the store was incredibly clean. They had lots of employees and were making sandwiches super fast.

We walked in to order a sandwich and it smelled like a sewer inside? Really off putting. We didnt even order. There's a JJ's in Kalamazoo that smells the same.

Workers are very rude, while ordering through drive through,and after paying through the drive through they seemed to care only that it was closing time and took 30 mins to make 3 Sandwhiches ordered a #4 turkey Tom combo and #13 combo & #9 combo and have a picture to show was only 2 pieces of turkey on this sub, only received one drink no straw and missing still 2 drinks and 2 chips with combos we asked after receiving bag with what items we had told them what was missing and they locked the drive through windows right after asking no have a nice night nothing, love Jimmy John’s but never coming back to this location very unprofessional at this restaurant

I really cannot believe how slow this place is. I’ve commented under two other accounts and nothing ever changes. You had one customer ahead of me. It was taking forever so I went to go get gas and I waited in line for 10 minutes and that same person was still at the drive thru. The owner really needs to be here and see how awful his employees are. They are going to ruin your business. It’s all children there. You need a babysitter.

This is the slowest service at Jimmy John’s we’ve ever experienced. 5 sandwiches ordered; 4 people behind the counter…started w/3 and one finally joined. Took them almost 15 minutes to make 5 sandwiches. They were go so home one order when we ordered so that want the issue. They never said anything else, didn’t thank us for ordering or even a, “Sorry fortaking so long.”, etc. Anyway, place was clean. They need training making sandwiches and how to treat their customers. I even called out thank you and waved and they didn’t respond.

I was so happy to see they have an Unwich (no bread, lettuce wrap). I got a seasonal Thai chicken unwich it was a perfect combination texture and flavor wise, I might be addicted now!They forgot mustard on one other sandwich, but my unwich was so good, I will going again!
