It seems like one of those places where the employees are sick of working fast food but decide to run down the restaurant instead of quit. Lobby was closed today. I don't know what the atmosphere was like. I wasn't inside it. The chicken was a little dry and honestly, you feel rushed to order at the drive through. Not really planning a trip back for a while. Someone let me know when the grown ups start working.

The outside of this place hasn’t been updated in forever.. parking lot and even the menu board are rough! The man who took the drive thru order was very polite but when I got to the window the girl taking the payment didn’t give me a receipt, then proceeded to give me an over filled beverage that was spilling all over. She failed to put any napkins or even silverware for the bowl I ordered in the bag. The famous bowl tastes great but the serving size has seemed to shrunk over the years. I will probably just go to Popeye’s next time.

The size of the chicken has gotten significantly smaller. I got the 3 piece meal and the 2 thighs were the size of most restaurants wings.

Absolutely disgusting. Had the mashed potato, chicken with corn dish. Chicken had something hard in it. The corn tasted old and the mashed potatoes were bland. Reminds of why I stopped eating there. 🤢

Place was not clean inside. Waited for 7 minutes at the counter with no acknowledge . They were only interested in the drive thru. Walked out.

Go into the unlocked lobby around 7 pm just to be told it isn't open, and refused service, I just wanted to place a to go order... wasn't even busy, not the first time I've had a below average experience... food is usually fine. Just annoying wasting my time. Understandable if it was actually late.
A short wait for the extra crispy 12 piece family meal but the wait was worth it! Everything was hot and fresh! The young man who brought it out to us was so nice and respectful!

I do not recommend KFC in Holland at all. Management doesn't seam to care, in turn makes staff not care. If your order is correct it's good food. If they even have what you want.

Worst KFC I have ever been to. Counter help through boxes in bag and the food spilled out in bag. Told me they’re not a corporate owned location so they don’t honor coupons from them. I have seen bigger drumsticks on quails. Never will be back!!!!!!!

I have been here 5 times cause it's close to me, and every time, my order is wrong. I would highly recommend double-checking everything you order before you leave. For 3 of those visits, a manager was the one who took my order and put it together. You might want to train them better because employees look up to them to teach them best practice.
