Quick service through drive thru. Still a bit steep on price for 2 $7.00 boxes and a 12 PC bucket only. Why the mark down in stars?? I had a small side of mac & cheese but my daughter couldn't eat it because they didn't pack their famous SPORK.

There was an employee (I don’t know if he was talking about ) but his language and attitude was the worst. Dropping “B” word and every kind of word imaginable. The server was embarrassed. THE WORST EVER.
Don’t think I’ll be returning there anytime soon

They closed the lobby 5 minutes before we got there due to staff shortage. This is very common. Drive thru was very slow.

Don't waste your time! If you're in Holland, get your fried chicken dinner anywhere but here!
We downloaded the app to order ahead as it was Friday evening and we expected them to be busy and we wanted to avoid a long wait. Arrived at the store at the time we were notified the order would be ready to find that the lobby was CLOSED, and the drive through was backed up into the road. We made it into the drive through line just as we were notified that our order was ready for pickup. 30 minutes later we finally make it to the window, only to be told our order was NOT ready. We asked to speak to a manager about a refund, and the sweatpants and tee-shirt clad woman that came to the window was abrasive, rude and showed no concern for the quality of our experience. Right after talking with her and getting nowhere, our order was suddenly ready. The mystery was solved when we realized that our order was missing sides. Didn't bother calling or going back for a correction as they obviously don't care. Stay away!
