Great customer service but was given the wrong food. This is the third time i get home and my food is not correct. Can't call them because they didn't give me a receipt. Don't live in the area either.
I do not recommend KFC in Holland at all. Management doesn't seam to care, in turn makes staff not care. If your order is correct it's good food. If they even have what you want.
My wife and I stopped in to buy lunch to take to the state park at Holland. We were greeted by Ben, a very friendly manager who made us feel special! As we watched the boats go by, we both ate our delicious chicken dinners!! Thanks Ben!!
