I was really nervous about all of the one star reviews, but decided to give this location a chance due to a recent review saying it's been better since it's been under new management. I didn't go into the lobby, but the lobby was open unlike how most of the older reviews suggest. My chicken wasn't dry and had a nice crispy coating with a juicy inside. Biscuit was nice and soft, fries seemed nice and fresh. Nothing seemed burnt and all of my sauces were included....
Great customer service but was given the wrong food. This is the third time i get home and my food is not correct. Can't call them because they didn't give me a receipt. Don't live in the area either.
I do not recommend KFC in Holland at all. Management doesn't seam to care, in turn makes staff not care. If your order is correct it's good food. If they even have what you want.
