Kilwins is Michigan's gem. I know they are expanded across the US, but I really think the Holland location and the employees there take the store back to its origins. Went tonight for ice cream and treats. The girls working the counter were very friendly and patient. Made the whole experience worth it. I've been here many times and their ice cream, fudge, chocolate, and carmel is always consistently delicious. Never had a bad experience here. Stop in and enjoy something...
Jordan was especially kind and attentive to our family! We came in after a long day and a late dinner and were thrilled to be welcomed with a smile.
