If I could give zero stars, I would. We experienced horrible customer service here. My husband has never had a Mangonada, so I wanted him to try one. It was our first time here. We were not greeted upon arrival nor were we helped right away. We were literally the second ones there, so it was not busy at all. There were two young ladies that were very slow and took their sweet time with everything. While our order was being taken, we couldn’t make out what the young lady was saying due to poor communication. She was very soft spoken, speaking Spanish so fast. She didn’t even make an effort to speak any English and just spoke to us as if we could understand her. It was difficult for us to order here and we left with disappointment. We actually ended up not getting what we had hoped for. I’m from Cali and when you order a Mangonada there, it already comes fully loaded. If you order a “regular” Mangonada from here, it might as well just be seasoned mango ice cream at this point. Or you can upcharge for a “supreme” with everything that it’s supposed to come with. I highly do not recommend this place. Save your time and money. Go somewhere else.
A total of 3 scoops of ice cream and a fruit smoothie shouldn't cost $25. I decided to try here because the online menu had 2 mangonadas for $8.99 under specials. But was told that was yesterday's special when we ordered. Asked what the cost of 1 mangonada was and was told I'd find out at the register. I ordered a large but they made me a medium and it was $8.70. Actually $9.70 for diced mango on top. We also got regular ice cream 1 small & 1 medium. So 3 smaller things cost $25.xx. so definitely not a value. I even showed them that I could order the special today and they just said sorry, blamed it on the 3rd party app and said their specials are listed and showed me some list. Well it's nowhere on the website. I guess they don't get how not honoring what their website says is actually a bait and switch. Plus they have no prices in the store and won't even tell you the price before you order. So you feel obligated to pay once they've served you. At least the ice cream and mangonada was really good. Just super disappointed in the value and lack of customer care.

We have passed here many times but stopped on a whim. The owner was very pleasant, told us all about his ice creams and gave us many samples. The mango and passion fruit ice cream was amazing! I can’t wait to visit again.

The people working here are extremely rude. I bought a small mangonada and 2 regular lime popsicles for $26.96. My dad asked the guy what flavor was an ice cream to which he responded “do you not know how to read” and pointed at a sign at the corner that was blurry, it wasn’t even by the flavor of the ice cream. Make sure to bring your own spoons for your ice cream because I asked for a spoon for my mangonada and the lady rolled her eyes and left and I waited for 10 minutes and no one came from the back so I just left. They didn’t even say thank you or hello when leaving or arriving . I wish I could be joking but the people working here are an absolute joke , first and last time.

Dietary restrictions: Workers were very nice and happy to take our order I told him I was gluten free and they assured me that they had many gluten-free flavors for me. They also have a lot of water-based ice cream so even if your lactose you can still get something.

The ice cream and drinks look amazing! We had a lime drink with crushed cucumber and it was delicious. If you are looking for a Vienna hot dog Chicago style because you favorite little beef/hot dog place is closed on the weekends in Holland, drive on. Dogs are split and grilled and relish is not Vienna relish. Its a great regular dog with fresh ingredients and prepared well but not really a Vienna style dog.

This is the second time I come where they say they’re open and they’re closed, online it says they don’t close for another hour and the women saw me through the window and didn’t bat an eye!
