Absolutely love the protein donuts tastes yummy . There tea bombs & protein shakes taste amazing!! Not overly sugary! Love the service Victoria has a great heart and I love her passion for people and there health goals. Locale is clean , friendly, an all around great atmosphere. They also have a bathroom that are always clean and smell fresh.

My gf and I went to Locale Nutrition today. We were looking for a good nutritious meal replacement while in town. We were impressed with the wide variety of selection of shakes. So many flavors. It seemed too good to be true. We grabbed our shakes: Oreo Cheesecake and PB Oreo, about $20+ for both. But then my gf started to ask questions about the shakes and we started to realize this wasn’t exactly what we were looking for. The shakes consisted of water, protein powder and flavored syrups. We asked if any fruit was used at all or if it was available. Nothing. No options for real milk or milk alternative. These shakes are literally just water and flavoring. And you can tell by the taste. It’s not awful tasting and not necessarily “bad” for but it’s mostly just added protein and sugar. It feels like they overcharge for what it is. Nice staff, cool place but never been to a place that puts so little real ingredients into a “nutrition” shake.

I love this place!! It’s super chill and cute inside, very welcoming! The shop is clean and has lots of seating options to sit at the bar, hang with friends, or camp out at a table to study!!The shakes and teas are SO GOOD and I love knowing I’m getting clean energy and fuel for my day? I got a Cinnamon Toast Crunch shake and the weekly tea special which were so pretty too!Highly recommend for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

Such an amazing place! Perfect to grab a quick beverage or to hangout with friends! It’s cozy and the vibes are amazing. It’s also a great place to hangout and do homework. The staff is friendly and personable. The teas are great to drink before a workout and the post-workout shakes are perfect to refuel after you get back from the gym! I highly recommend!!
