This place is the biggest joke - Do yourself a favor and go to Crazy Horse if you want a properly cooked steak.

Used to come here all the time, sad to see what it turned into. Lady who sat us was really nice though, along with our waitress.

Amazing place to take the family, food was out hot and quick, the rolls they give you are always warm, fluffy, and light, and every single waiter/waitress was phenomenal and did a great job keeping up with my family of 6.

Food is always A1 but the best part of the experience are the servers. But the one I wanted to mention Is Kelcey Broekhuis. Great service always a smile on her face. If you go in to dine always ask for kelcey to serve you and you are guaranteed good service and a good experience. Also Karlee and Landon are 10/10 servers as well! 💜

From the moment we were seated, the service was incredibly slow—even though the restaurant was practically empty. It took 15 minutes just to get our drinks, and during that time our appetizer, the spinach dip, showed up completely ice cold. I had to ask for it to be sent back, and instead of making a fresh one, I watched as they simply heated it up and brought more chips out with their bare hands. Completely unsanitary.

When the food finally arrived, 30 minutes later, it wasn’t any better. My burger was ice cold, the bun was hard, and everything tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp (or not under one at all).

When I asked about the delay and poor quality, our server’s excuse was that it was a “shift change.” That may explain the chaos, but it doesn’t justify the lack of basic service or food standards. I also watched as another customer has to go and find the manager themselves because their service was terrible as well.

Overall, this was a really disappointing visit. I expected a lot more from a place like Logan’s. Definitely won’t be coming back anytime soon.

I had the salmon and sweet potato. I have food allergies that was their high priority. The food was delicious!

We ordered online and it was 30 minute wait. When we got there, they said that else came in and asked for the order by name and they sold it to him. So they had to remake ours. Made no sense to me, if you had two orders with same name, wouldn’t you confirm the order? More like someone forgot to place the order. Anyway another 30 minutes later we had the order with a $10 discount and piece of cheesecake. Food was fine

The food was absolutely amazing! My steak was cooked perfectly and the service was impeccable! Our waiters name is Nathan and he did a wonderful job for us! We'll definitely be back!
