I ordered a couple of baskets of French fries at the drive-thru and asked the lady if there were any ketchup packets in the bag. She said yes. I drove off and when I opened it, there weren’t any. It was ridiculous.

Went here at 2:15am on 7-20-25, ordered a cheeseburger no ketchup and turns out there was a bunch load of ketchup on my burger. Food was decent overall.

Asked for extra syrup and butter when ordering food. Kinda surprised when I was charged 60 cents because I was never charged previously but figured “what the heck” it’s only 60 cents. Really surprised when I got home with my order and found no extra syrup or butter,no napkins and no jam for the biscuits! I’ve already complained about having to “drive ahead” and wait on approximately 40% of my drive-thru orders at this location,now it seems that they are slower and less accurate than most places!

Worst McDonald’s in town by far and away. You’d be far better off just going down to 8th Street. Horrible parking lot to exit out of, employees lie and tell you they’re out of ice cream as they give shakes to the people in line in front of you, they give you stale food, etc. multiple times coming here and always the same. Avoid this McDonald’s.
we got oreo mcflurries and they DID NOT MIX IN THE OREOS. WHAT THE BOOTY!

Called the N River location in holland mi to redeem my 3 meals a Male Manager gave to me for this location messing up my order. Yes they messed up all 3 of my breakfast orders and he was wonderful! He took my name apologized and ensured me that I could claim them in the future. Today I call and a woman named Currelli (a manager) answered and when I told her I was calling to redeem my meals she asked who I spoke to and when I told her the gentleman, she said “we don’t have any guy managers “ I said ok, it was the guy who is on your recording for the speaker greeting. She went on to say that he transferred to another location. I said ok, so can you help me? She said no, that he’s been gone for about a month. I asked, is my name not there? And she said no. She refused to help me, was extremely rude and wanted no part in helping a loyal customer. She then asked me why I waited a month to call and redeem my meals, like what!? Is there a time limit on how long I have to allow you McDonalds N river to correct YOUR MISTAKE!? I NEVER write reviews BUT a girl like that is in the wrong business! I myself am GM of a very successful local restaurant and if she worked for me, she’d be fired! This is not the type of people you should employ in this industry. Shame on McDonalds for allowing such a low caliber replacement for the Gentleman who helped me before.

This place is bad. Ever since new design the employees were no help at all, and they were rude. The opening machines suck. They wouldn't let me get me a refund after I didn't get my food. The inside is.way too open. Food way too cold.
