Ever since Tony Castillo sold them off, customer service has been rude and not welcoming whatsoever, wait times are longer, menu is smaller, quality of food has suffered and the prices only go up. I spoke with a guy at the drive through about the ice cream machines being down (consistently) and he addressed me rudely and offered no other explanation other than parts are missing and on order.
